Hotels with Parking in Niigata City

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Japan. The breakfast was also very nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The underground parking is a good bonus too. There was a lovely and very enthusiastic grandma at breakfast. I love everything about this hotel, and if I ever have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose to stay here. I love Niigata, such a charming place.

The exterior is quite worn out. However, when you arrive, check-in is quick and efficient. The lounge has dorayaki, coffee jelly, ice cream and other items that children will enjoy. The room is quite average. They ask that you boil water before drinking. They bring it to you if you ask, but I wish they kept it on hand. Also, the futon is thin. These are the two negative points. The food is not extravagant, but the variety is sufficient and satisfying. The hall is rather bland for a dining area, though. What is particularly noteworthy here are the staff. You can feel that everyone is trying their best to provide the best hospitality possible. They are working very hard.

Very nice hotel. Very comfortable, rooms very nice. Lots of choices of restaurant within the hotel. It's a bit of a walk from the Niigata train station (10mins?) so if it's cold and snowing, maybe abit more challenging, but on a nice weather day, it's a pleasant walk. Staff are super nice. I requested more pillows and towels, and were brought to my room very quickly.

I chose this hotel because of its reputation as an old-school establishment, but I was a little disappointed. 1. I have a permanent residence in Japan, so it's understandable that the front desk would ask for my residence card. However, they also insisted on making a copy of my ID, which no other hotel in Japan has ever done, and I found that quite perplexing. 2. There were still hairs from the previous guest stuck to the shampoo bottle in the bathroom, which is simply unacceptable. I wanted to ask the front desk about it, but I was too tired in the evening to even bother. 3. On the bright side, the breakfast was quite good and varied, and the window seats offered a nice view of the city.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hearty complimentary breakfast. Would be better if bottle of water were offered in the room.

夫婦と小学生子ども2人で行きました。 昔ながらの旅館ですが、清潔感があり、 とにか**こで働くスタッフさんやご飯の美味しさは最高でした。 また、ピアノの演奏や、ウェルカムドリンクなども無料で大変満足な旅館でした。 また、行きたいなと思える旅館でした。 追伸 朝食は決められた献立ですが、大人用、子ども用に分けてくれています。 子ども用の献立も食べやすかったようでよく食べてました。 ご飯の食べ比べも大変良かったです。

It was a convenient and easy to understand place just across the road station and footbath. The cleaning was well done and I was able to spend it comfortably. The food was delicious. Especially the breakfast buffet was good. I think it is a good hotel in Cospa. It was good that the large communal bath was large, but I wish it was a hot spring of a more habitual type because the hot spring was tasteless and odorless.

I've not ever stayed Dormy Inn and this was the first time. It was very nice and impressive. Good onsen and clean facilities. I will try to find Dormy Inn chain near the places I plan to trip to. Thank you so much for the nice services the hotel provided.

Clean and comfortable, very suitable for family travel, parking is also convenient. In short, it is highly recommended for parents and children. If you drive in Xinyi, choose this one, the service is great!

It is a tourist. It is greedy for the convenient and cheap location. The hotel itself is a type of domestic express hotel, but there is a simple breakfast. Japanese politeness and service attitude are of course very good, but the premise is to respect their politeness and culture to establish good communication. I don’t know English or Japanese. I basically have a translator. I’m fine. Thank you. I’m sorry to hang up my mouth and basically talk about everything. 😃 Oh yes, the hygiene is really good. The toilet is really small and small 😂 Take a shower and basically hit it in the toilet. I don’t know if I may feel that I have a fight in the toilet. 😂
