AAussiePaulaThis getaway was exactly what I wanted. Traditional, immersive, comfortable, accomodating.
The staff came and greeted us in the car park, the dinner and breakfast was amazing, delicious, adventurous. And the onsen on the roof was perfect!
The staff thoroughly explained their processes. I spoke some japanese and they spoke only some english but they were very accomating with us and welcoming.
I would highly recommend and its also not far from town either.
It snowed a little the night we stayed and it was so magical!
We had our own private onsen at our room but the others in the ryokan are even better and available to be private, just lock door when your using.
Iimagine62We're coming back for the second year in a row!
Our rooms were spacious and panoramic, with a beautiful view from the window. The room had everything we needed.
I really liked the private bath; it was comfortable and beautiful.
The public bath wasn't particularly impressive, perhaps due to the recent renovations. I can't say anything bad, but my expectations were a little higher.
The biggest plus is the staff. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness; it's thanks to you that we keep coming back.
The food was also great; the standard dinner menu has changed slightly since last year. There's a wide selection of drinks.
NNaqueyaThis was a very lovely resort! The view from our room was breathtaking!
We called for pick-up from the train station and waited about 10 minutes. The next morning our ride back to the train station was waiting when we arrived in the lobby.
The beds were prepared at 6pm. Dinner was reservation only, which we did not have. We walked 20 minutes into the little town to a hidden gem Ramen shop that opened at 7pm and the food was amazing.
ぱぱぴぷぺぽっぺぺネコI didn't stay for the purpose, but it was the day of the fireworks display. I couldn't see the bottom of the fireworks in the surrounding buildings, but the fireworks that were launched from the windows in the room looked small. Lucky location, lucky room location. I have the impression that there were more athletic club students participating in the tournament than businessmen in the accommodation layer. The breakfast time overlapped with the students and the buffet was busy. The staff relaxed with Fukushima intonation. There is a 7-Eleven diagonally opposite the hotel near the station, and there is a rental car behind it, which is convenient. I want to use it next time I go to Fukushima.
GGuest UserIt was very convenient because it was close to the IC and there was a convenience store right there. The large communal bath was good and the breakfast was satisfactory. The staff were very polite!
GGuest UserA little bit of a walk away from Iizaka Onsen station if you don’t have a car (around 20 mins), but worth it! The onsen is amazing and definitely get the sake tasting set at the sake bar.
GGuest UserI was able to spend a pleasant time in a simple hotel. However, I felt that the size of the comforter was small. Both horizontal and vertical. I think I could rest with peace of mind if it was a little bigger.
GGuest UserIt was a plan with breakfast. It has a wide variety of items, and it looks delicious enough to want to eat everything. I tried my best and ate a lot. There were many kinds of bread and the croissants were delicious.
In the large communal bath, the woman has a key at the front desk, but when there is a previous customer, she was waiting, and at around 21:00, she was in trouble waiting for more than an hour. I hope for improvement measures.
GGuest UserThe station and convenience store were close and convenient location.
I went to the front desk to listen to the tavern where I could eat the ground, but it was a pretty good shop.
If you can stay here at this price hotel, there is no reason to reduce 😊.
Thank you for your attention!
GGuest UserIt takes about 10 minutes to walk from Fukushima Station. It's better to take a bus from the station. The interior has been renovated, and the air conditioner and bathroom faucets are new. The water temperature and pressure are perfect. Breakfast is free, and there is also free curry for dinner. Welcome drinks include coffee, and of course, alcohol is also available.
