You can use just the sauna, but I booked an overnight stay with breakfast. While there's also a private sauna space on the first floor, the main sauna is on the rooftop. The sauna itself is small, fitting about four people at most. However, depending on the time of day, there might be no other users, allowing for a relaxed and leisurely sauna experience. Best of all, if the weather is clear, you get a close and clear view of Mt. Fuji 🗻 from the rooftop, and the view during the open-air bath is simply incredible. For breakfast, guests can choose between a Japanese set meal or a bagel sandwich upon arrival. I opted for the Japanese set meal this time. They asked for my preferred breakfast time in advance, and everything was ready when I arrived, which made for a smooth experience. If I have another chance to be in the area, I would definitely love to stay here again.

It's a classic Japanese business hotel room, which means it's a bit cramped with a small window that only opens slightly and has a privacy film, making the room feel a bit stuffy. However, the mattress was very comfortable. 【Amenities】You can pick up small packets of skincare products downstairs, including face cream, facial cleanser, makeup remover, and face masks. There are several different types of pillows available for selection on the first floor. 【Food & Beverage】In the evening, there's a self-service bar where you can mix your own cocktails. Breakfast is a standard Japanese breakfast. 【Service】The front desk staff spoke a little English but no Chinese. When speaking Japanese, however, their enthusiasm and politeness were very evident. 【Facilities】There are plenty of coin-operated washing machines on the first floor, as well as vending machines. You can store your luggage until the afternoon after checking out.

This was my first time staying at a Toyoko Inn, and initially, I found the high level of self-service a bit overwhelming. Perhaps it was because there were so many guests and everything moved at a fast pace. I think it's more suited for experienced business travelers. The English proficiency of the front desk staff wasn't as good as I'd hoped, and this was consistent across every Toyoko Inn I stayed at afterward. Maybe because of the extensive self-service, the front desk's role is more auxiliary, so strong English skills aren't as crucial. Like all other Toyoko Inns, this one had excellent facilities: water dispensers, ice machines, hot water dispensers, microwaves, coffee makers, vending machines – everything you could need. The breakfast was standard and featured Japanese specialties. The location is unbeatable, just a three-minute walk from the Shin-Fuji Station exit. If I had to pick a downside, the highly standardized management meant it lacked the 'personal touch' many people look for in a hotel. Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced, and the hotel only handles matters related to your stay; they won't help with local travel guides or transportation questions.

Relatively new hotel. Located next to main highway, only problem with driving is having to make a long way along the highway to u turn, otherwise pleasant place to stay. Breakfast average. Onsen average.

This is hands down the best hotel in Fuji City. It's our preferred choice, especially when we go on 3-night golf trips with friends. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and though a bit compact, the public bath on the first floor boasts excellent water quality. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. If you're in Fuji City, Route Inn Fuji Higashi Chuo Koen is always the place to stay!

В целом-то была очень большой удобно что туалет и ванная полностью раздельные также нормально работал кондиционер была микроволновка большая кровать, но рядом была караоке о котором на сайте trip.com не было ничего сказано и это бред полнейший почему я должна была терпеть пока кто-то веселиться всю ночь орёт очень громко в микрофон и так далее буквально в соседней двери я даже не знала как с этим бороться это было очень громко хозяин сказал что на сайте об этом написано но нет на самом деле об этом не было ничего написано на сайте

Staying for two consecutive days can ask them not to clean the room. When they come back, the staff puts toiletries and other items on the door of the room. It’s really intimate. The hotel is conveniently located at the east exit Fuji Expressway. The hotel staff is really very enthusiastic and responsible. I took the wallet on the train on the Shinkansen. The hotel staff helped to call the Shinkansen. The magical thing was that the wallet was found. Two days later, I went to Tokyo to get the wallet back.

Very convenient hotel, not far from there are seven, restaurants, self-driving, about 5 minutes there is Ji'an, game store, very good!
