"Relatively new hotel. Located next to main highway, only problem with driving is having to make a long way along the highway to u turn, otherwise pleasant place to stay. Breakfast average. Onsen average."

"Was happy with the room size and beds. Room size was big and we enjoyed the space.. Location was great. Just outside the hotel and u can see Mt Fuji. Walked 5 minutes to the main shopping street for food n other activities. We misplace a jacket and called reception. They responded very quickly to our issue. Great service. "This was my first time staying at a Toyoko Inn, and initially, I found the high level of self-service a bit overwhelming. Perhaps it was because there were so many guests and everything moved at a fast pace. I think it's more suited for experienced business travelers. The English proficiency of the front desk staff wasn't as good as I'd hoped, and this was consistent across every Toyoko Inn I stayed at afterward. Maybe because of the extensive self-service, the front desk's role is more auxiliary, so strong English skills aren't as crucial. Like all other Toyoko Inns, this one had excellent facilities: water dispensers, ice machines, hot water dispensers, microwaves, coffee makers, vending machines – everything you could need. The breakfast was standard and featured Japanese specialties. The location is unbeatable, just a three-minute walk from the Shin-Fuji Station exit. If I had to pick a downside, the highly standardized management meant it lacked the 'personal touch' many people look for in a hotel. Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced, and the hotel only handles matters related to your stay; they won't help with local travel guides or transportation questions."

"the staff were great! they gave us a room with an amazing view of mt fuji on a high floor!! breakfast was healthy and delicious too! just a minus cus location was a little out of the way, it wasn’t very convenient for locals when we took the public bus (SUPER SMALL) with 2 medium size luggages. had to book an uber to go back to the station cus it was raining"

"The hotel is located directly on Honcho Main Street, offering a wonderful view of Mount Fuji on a clear day. It's also right next to the JR Shin-Fuji Station, but this is not the Shin-Fuji Station where the Shinkansen bullet train departs! (That one is a 25-minute walk away.) Check-in is easy, the staff is friendly, slippers, a towel, and a toothbrush/toothpaste are provided, and there's a refrigerator. Everything was clean."

"This overall small and fine has both capsule warehouses and family rooms, mainly bathroom baths, appointment time 50 minutes per person, every time there is a clean, self-driving is very suitable, sitting jr is also convenient, new Fuji Station walks for 5 minutes. "This is hands down the best hotel in Fuji City. It's our preferred choice, especially when we go on 3-night golf trips with friends. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and though a bit compact, the public bath on the first floor boasts excellent water quality. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. If you're in Fuji City, Route Inn Fuji Higashi Chuo Koen is always the place to stay!"
