GGuest UserThe itc heevan hotel in srinagarv is a fantastic property. Very well maintained rooms, spacious lawns, badminton courts, gym and excellent service by the staff. It is close to dal lake and other sightseeing points like nishat garden etc. Overall, a must stay place and we will definitely recommend strongly.

GGuest UserThe hotel location is good, near mughal gardens and easily accessible in the city. The rooms were decent and clean, the rooms were not that modern looking but they were good. The food was good including dinner and breakfast. The service was also good, the local staff was nice and friendly. Their carpet shop next to the hotel had a very good collection.

GGuest UserBeautiful stay centrally heated room good staff and location is awesome if you are looking for peaceful stay go for it even we stayed in -7 degrees temperatures but insight the houseboat temperature fully maintained with the bukhari in hall and inside the room they have electrical blankets and heating king germane technology which is good for health.

2. Beautiful property The food was really delicious. The staff was very polite but the room and ambiance of the hotel was average. The lake view is clearly a scam - the view is there but not what you really expect when you buy it. There was no power backup. As a whole, the stay was average and anyways they were charging comparatively lesser than other hostels. So, the average experience makes sense.

Inside bathroom commode needs to be more clean, geaser sometimes not working well, else basin nice water nice. 7. Wifi nice 8. Bed blankets nice. Overall its a nice hotel for couple and family. I can give score 8/10 to the hotel.
