AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff provided outstanding service. I was initially placed in a newly renovated Deluxe room that was full of mirrors, which I didn't care for. Manager Ms. Tasya immediately and efficiently handled my request for a room change, even escorting me personally to the new room. Separately, Chef Ms. Kurnia Fitri was also incredibly attentive; she introduced me to some authentic local Indonesian food, including a delicious chicken soup that I highly recommend.

JjetlaggerGreat solid property and performance all round.. what a great short stay we had.. from the elegant lobby and lounge area through to the beautiful spacious room with lovely views over Surabaya. Exceptionally clean with every quality amenity on offer in room and within hotel confines. The room was peacefully quiet, with a soft comforting bed. Pool and recreational area was set amongst manicured palm trees and gorgeous gardens. The pool was one of the best balanced PH levels I’ve ever swam in. Nice comfortable lounges and ample seating around with some seats submerged along in pool. The refined service level at this hotel is a solid 10/10 from reception/concierge/ room attendants and especially in Pavilion Restaurant. The quality, presentation and variety of food is outstanding at breakfast. Thank you graciously for making our special occasion so welcoming with the beautifully adorable presentation on the bed, lovely celebration cake offered along with the very personal attention from the Sous Chef and charming restaurant staff at Pavilion. Special shoutout to Restaurant ambassador Wachid whom personally escorted our plated celebratory cake to our room. Reception and concierge service was also exceptional, graciously assisting us with our missing luggage wheel dilemma.

RryancwcOverall, I was very pleased with my stay. The room was comfortable and the service met my expectations. However, the ceiling-mounted shower head was leaking badly, causing water to spray all over the bathroom (see attached photo). This was inconvenient and definitely needs maintenance attention.

AAnonymous UserThe service from the receptionist, security, and housekeeping was friendly. Parking was adequate. The bed, sheets, and towels need to be replaced with new ones. The speed of cleaning during breakfast needs improvement. There was a good variety of food at breakfast, but the taste needs to be enhanced.

GGuest Useri do have a good experience stayed at Quest Hotel. they know what they’re doing also i’m not disappointed with their breakfast buffet. so it’s a good sign. i’ve been to fave hotel which’s one of Archipelago hotels too and theirs are not as good as Quest. overall you won’t be disappointed with the money you spend here

AAnonymous UserQuite clean and fragrant. Unfortunately, the placement of the window is not right, because it goes through to the next corridor, so it is not soundproof. You can hear people walking, or you can clearly see the housekeeping activities on duty. A little disturbing. Just a suggestion, if you make a smoking room, rearrange the placement of the window properly, so that guests also feel safe and comfortable. The condition of the window is also damaged, the sliding cannot be closed properly. Need to rejuvenate the color of the room paint, the bathroom floor and shower are leaking. The AC is not cold enough and looks worn out. Amenities are also incomplete. Only 1 toothbrush, 2 towels, soap and shampoo in one, only 1 slipper
