FFebby AgustinaGet in the top room (5th floor) for the first time, usually the 4th floor.. cheaper than ordinary reddoorz room than the premium. There is no premium at all. Cleaner ordinary rooms, air conditioning is not cold, only 1 bottle drinking, even small size. There is no garbage plastic. When I went downstairs to the reception desk on the 1st floor to ask for a drink bottle with a trash plastic. The air conditioner is not cold and the ac is dirty. The mattress is cleaner downstairs.

GGuest UserLokasi strategis, dekat kemana mana dan jalan raya. Kamar yang sangat bagus yang mengjadap ke arah jalan raya. Staff sangat ramah semua. Hanya saja harus di cek saat pagi hari, kadang tidak kebagian breakfast karena ada kamar lain yanh ambil paper bag double hehe

In the first time for check in he help me as well. Hence, I left good review in the domestic application which he worked. But after that he just leave me with my hopeness :(

GGeoffrey GiamHotel is good but there is nothing in the surrounding and therefore you need to get a car or taxi to nearby. However with the traffic in Jakarta , it means you have to wait for very long for the car to come. For business traveler who wish to have good rest, is best to get another hotel because there is a mosque just beside the hotel and the prayer starts from 330am to 430 am which disrupt sleep.
I have stayed at other hotel before but never encounter this.

AAnonymous UserTrip.com did not manage the booking with the propery directly, but with third party that own the unit I booked. So when I went to the receptionist to check-in, they could not find my booking. I have to wait for more than 1 hour to check-in, after I contacted the Customer Service of trip. com.
This was really a very bad experience with trip.com. Actually you should inform me about the check-in procedure to the property. And the contact number to the agent that own the unit I booked.
You have to notice that information is a very important thing for your customer..
