AAnonymous UserVery clean and decent hotel to stay in Karimun. Service is good, they will have your requests delivered promptly. However, the room we stayed in doesn't have the towels prepared, we have to call the reception in order to have the towels. No floor mat provided in the toilet too, was quite slippery though.

SShamugam PillaiNeed to improve to change all the TV to smart tv. At least users can use their devices to share screen and watch their programs. Some of the suites have very poor wifi coverage in the older wing. Other than that this hotel is super. Good location, have good spa, the masseur are very good. One of the best massages here. The free breakfast has improved alot from years back. The food in room service and the lunch dinner menu is very very good. The restaurant staff are very accomading, friendly and helpful. I have been a long time user of this hotel for almost 18 years. For me it's the number one hotel in balai. Just need to improve facilities for me to have a better experience compared to the other hotel on the hill. Please upgrade the new wing. I am really excited for it.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is abit old. Initially when i entered the room, the floor is quite dirty with shreds all over the place and the aircon is not cold. But when i feedback to the staff, they are very friendly and had sent an engineer to fix the aircon. The bedsheets and pillow is quite rough and the bathtub is abit old too but could not be expect much with the amount being paid. One good thing about this hotel is the fridge is actually quite cold as compared to some big hotels. My mineral water was minimally frozen?!! There are also restaurants and a mart nearby so its actually not bad to stay.

AAdibahRecommended.... The hotel is very close to the Jetty... the staff are all friendly and very helpful... the breakfast menu is delicious and a variety of menus... I just recommend preparing a room for ironing clothes... I stayed for 2 nights... the next day 2 cleaners clean the room and change towels...
