Location: The hotel is strategically located and easy to find. Although the parking area in front is limited, the hotel staff is ready to help arrange parking so guests don't have to worry. 
Service: The hotel staff is known to be friendly and responsive. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly, and additional needs such as requests for ironing or other information were handled well. 
Room Facilities: Some guests noted that the standard rooms do not have windows and are quite small in size, but are still comfortable for a budget hotel category. 
Cleanliness: The rooms at Vinotel Cirebon are known to be clean and well-maintained, providing comfort for guests during their stay.

Their room is quite spacious, which is great for family (my son can't stop running around the room) and they provide a nice breakfast menu (you will love their various menu). They have hot water bath, coffee and tea, toiletries, tissue roll and cable tv (even though you will only find several channels). For 2 star hotel, this place is beyond my expectation.

GGuest Uservery clean hotel, spacious room, hot shower with a good flow, towels, bottles of water and tea and coffee bags provided daily.... very kind staff, good location, breakfast to choose from and with the possibility of opting for a western breakfast... in short everything ok...
only flaw: the first night I was assigned room 101 whose window overlooks the fish tank below: the splashing and gushing of water kept me awake all night... the following day I had another room... I strongly advise travelers not to avoid room 101...

The hotel is not expensive and there is a shopping mall opposite. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. Overall, it is not highly recommended.

But the condition of the room is very concerning, there is no hot water, the white towels have changed color to yellow and look shabby, the room and bathroom doors are not easy to open or close, the service is just so-so, the room lights that are dead cannot be replaced
