AAnonymous UserGood location, descent room size and staffs were very helpful. However, management could have done better in terms of taking care of cleanliness (bedsheet and towel are kinda dull, no longer bright white in color) and please do something about the noise in the room coming from the street. I cant fall asleep until 00:30 due to the noise from the street and I have to asked the staff to move me to another room.
Management can also consider to have a basic extra service like lending phone charger and cable.

SSanxiudashiIt happened to be the night of Eid al-Fitr, and I stayed at this hotel in Cirebon. There is a very large mosque nearby, and I took a look at their activities. The hotel's hardware and software are all good, the service staff are quite enthusiastic, and the variety and style of breakfast are not bad. There is a Japanese restaurant inside, and the ingredients are very fresh.

GGiffenBreakfast was lacking, pastries weren't refilled after they ran out, and herbal drinks were lacking. The room was quite complete. The soundproofing was lacking, so loud noises were very audible. However, the receptionist was very responsive and immediately coordinated with security to reprimand them.

AAdimThis hotel is quiet and comfortable, with rooms that are a good size for two people. A water dispenser offering free refills is conveniently located right outside the room. The bathroom is quite spacious, featuring clean water and consistent hot water, plus a hairdryer. The blackout curtains are excellent for a restful sleep, as they completely block out sunlight. The only downside is the limited parking, which necessitates using their valet service. However, the security team is very responsible and careful when handling parked vehicles.

EEffenskiiGood impression when entering the hotel and room. Unfortunately a bad smell came out from bed area. Easily get all bed cover change with a new and fresh one. Food is ok, location is very good
