"There was a small issue during check-in, but it was resolved quickly. The room was quite clean and spacious, and the first thing my son checked was the bathtub :). We loved the breakfast they even had stalls for Indomie, Nasi Jamblang, and Jamu. The staff were all very friendly. Overall, we had a good rest, and my son had a lot of fun in the bathtub."

One of the recommended hotels in Cirebon, even without a swimming pool. The service was satisfying, and the room was clean. Although there was a mix-up with the room type, the receptionist quickly resolved it and changed our room. The breakfast menu was quite diverse and flavorful.

Came back here again after my visit in December 2025. This hotel feels so homey and comfortable, just like being at home. The breakfast offers a great variety, including traditional herbal drinks (jamu) and wedang. I arrived at the hotel at midnight, around 12 AM, wanting to charge my car, but the charger was in use. The next morning at 7 AM, I was informed that the charger was available. Thank you for the extra mile and warm service from the security guards, reception staff, and the restaurant team. The service was TOP-notch!

Small room, and very little for breakfast. I went down at 9 AM and everything was already gone, even though there were still guests, and nothing was refilled.

The location is incredibly strategic and convenient for getting around. It's close to two malls, Grage Mall and CSB. Legendary eateries and the palace are only about 2 km away. The room was very comfortable and clean, though I personally found the window a bit small. The staff service was excellent, and the room price was very affordable! It came with standard amenities but also a smart TV! I opted out of breakfast, so I can't review the food. When I arrived, the Wi-Fi wasn't great but still acceptable. There was a temporary water outage, but the staff were very quick to resolve the issue. Overall, considering the hotel's location, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, and the service, this hotel is highly recommended!

very clean hotel, spacious room, hot shower with a good flow, towels, bottles of water and tea and coffee bags provided daily.... very kind staff, good location, breakfast to choose from and with the possibility of opting for a western breakfast... in short everything ok... only flaw: the first night I was assigned room 101 whose window overlooks the fish tank below: the splashing and gushing of water kept me awake all night... the following day I had another room... I strongly advise travelers not to avoid room 101...

Place is near to dunkin doughnut and just infront a supermarket. easy to find. breakfast was provided, can choose mee goreng, nasi goreng with eggs and roti with boiled egg. overall okay
