The room is nice, clean and tidy, and the service is friendly. It's just that the facilities in the application are not in accordance with the original.

Nice hotel to stay in Balikpapan, location litte bit unique because going high from mainroads, breakfast also unable to request eggs.

This is my second time staying here, and once again, I had a pleasant experience. The room and bathroom were clean, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, though I hope to see improvements in flavor in the future. Additionally, I noticed that some of the beds are a bit worn and no longer as firm as they should be—hopefully, this can be addressed. Overall, it's still a great place to stay

My staycation with my partner at Swissbell was very enjoyable. I booked the lowest room category, but the service from the receptionist was still top-notch. Upon arrival, there were fruits and other light snacks in the room. Additionally, our special requests were also handled well; I asked to switch breakfast to the suhoor menu, and it was delivered by the room service staff. Thank you, Swissbell! Sorry for not including photos in this review; I was too busy enjoying the staycation.

We had a very nice room it was quite clean ( Could be cleaner perhaps) but the room average was good. We had a funtime during weekend at the aqualand just little bit disappointed that during week days the slides during the day wasn’t operational. The breakfast was good with quite some choice. Overall definitely a place i could go back to

Facilities: Although the facilities are relatively old, they are well maintained. Hygiene: There is a dedicated person to clean every day, very responsible. Environment: Sea view room, sea view swimming pool, pleasant scenery. Very satisfied.

We used it for a solo trip. It was very beautiful and there was AC. Because it is in front of the mosque, I think the price is cheap, but it was a good hotel to stay at a little higher price,
