GGuest UserI stayed at the George with my son for one night, and it was everything we needed. The beds were comfy, the service was efficient and very friendly, with appropriate Covid measures in place to make us feel comfortable and safe. Everything was very clean, including our shared bathroom. Due to Covid, the breakfast room was closed, so breakfast was brought to our room, and was fine - bacon bap, croissant, etc. As you would expect from a many-roomed guest house, there was a bit of TV noise from adjoining rooms, but nothing that disturbed us, and my son enjoyed the large TV screen! A short walk from the front and reasonable prices made this an excellent choice for us.

CCSG10The bath-tub placement is interesting to say the least. It’s right in front of the bed with no shower curtain. Did not really bother us but had to be careful not to make a mess.

GGuest UserFantastic accommodation very comfortable bed shower was lovely pubs fantastic you must have the vegan curry!!!!!!…. Beer prices were very reasonable…. Would definitely recommend this place and the staff were lovely.

GGuest UserExcellent stay by the beach, luckily got the better weather, though raining all other days. Room was clean and great. Thanks Dorian and owner for such a lovely stay. Quite and peaceful.
