DDouglas JamesWe arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently.
Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch.

Because it takes four hours to fly in Geneva, I am afraid that he will not be able to make it on the plane. [Like R] Thank you for upgrading my room and allowing me to have a small swimming pool with my own slap. This hotel has two large pools and a children's pool, the hotel is not very green and looks very clean. Three restaurants, buffet, Spanish restaurant and a Fusion restaurant. The buffet is not booked, the other two have to be booked in advance but it is also free. The back door of the hotel can be directly connected to the sea by brushing the room card, or you can go to the seaside. They are restaurants, bars and shops. You can imagine how lively it will be during the peak season. And this street is so long that you can walk 40 ➕ minutes while walking, eating and drinking all the way. The roadside is a five-star hotel. You can see the swimming pool and restaurant of other hotels. You are ready to change to a hotel next time. [Laughing R] c The food is not bad, it is still very cost-effective compared to Switzerland, and the taste is good, I am satisfied [Laughing R] The front desk will give a map when checking-in, It’s quite convenient to want to go to traffic. GGuest UserThe good part is people are very nice and.friendly, super helpful. Service is good as well. Location is perfect, touristic, but not too crowdy.
However, hotel facility is not well maintained. Our doors in the room can barely be closed, bathroom is pretty dirty, i can see mold in the corner, the structure of the room is weird, at night, u need to close all doors in the room to avoid lights in the hallway ourside of the room, breakfast is just soso, have all the basics, but not tasty. boiled eggs are even cold. We didnt use the swimming pool, cannot comment on that.

GGuest UserSuper good! Exceeding expectations! Going out is the sea, and the balcony of the room is also facing the sea. Some additional travel activities in the hotel are also very good. Going out to see whales, hiking activities, etc. are very nice! I hope I have a chance to come again in the future!

GGuest UserMagnicico albergo in posizione panoramica. Tra i più belli 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornoato. Merita da solo un viaggio apposta a Gran Canaria. Pulitissimo, e arredato molto bene (la mia camera aveva anche 1 belle poltroa un divano. Bellissimo il terrazzo privato panoramico on sedute). Spazi comuni magnifici come il salone con divani e biblioteca, sala ristorante, terrazza panoramica e giardino spa con piscina panoramica. La migliore colazione che ho fatto in vita mia in alberghi di questa fascia 4 stelle! Prodotti locali e non di altissima qualità e cucina espressa la mattina. Salmone servaggio, formaggio di capra locale, dolci di qualità superiore ecc. Tovaglie bianche con il logo della catena Paradores.

HHUIHUAVery suitable for parent-child vacation, the hotel has arranged a lot of programs from morning to night. The design details of the hotel are super beautiful and ubiquitous, perfect African style. There are 9 swimming pools, you can definitely find the place you want to lie down and relax. There is a long row of shopping festivals and small restaurants at the entrance of the hotel. The Tujiu restaurant is the most authentic and delicious. The Chinese boss behind the scenes is super enthusiastic about us every time we eat After sending a large glass of wine, take a 7-minute taxi ride from the center of the dunes

Good service, a bit out of the way for my destination, the Yumbo Center, but with good bus/taxi connections and plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel was very good, very friendly staff, very clean everything. My room on the 5th floor was very beautiful, sea view, with small balcony.
The food was varied and tasted well, the dining room is quite large, but despite many people the old wardrobe was quickly cleaned.
A clear recommendation from me for this hotel!
Thank you to all the staff for the kindness and helpfulness.
And then another recommendation for a Swedish massage of Lourdes and her sister, offered in the hotel.

MMike RsExcellent laid back and friendly hotel with a wonderful pool and delicious breakfast. Location was 15 minutes walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Very handy for airport transport on a good local bus service (line 66) room was spacious and comfortable. Good shower. Staff were obliging and kind. Will definitely return.
