GGaohaiMy son really loved the hotel's design aesthetic. The room's decor perfectly matched the overall industrial, factory-like theme of the hotel. There was no kettle, coffee machine, or fridge in the room; if you needed anything, you had to go down to the bar. We bought some ham and fruit but couldn't finish it, so we had to store it in the fridge downstairs. The classic European breakfast offered very few hot dishes, mostly cold items. Luckily, there's a large Chinese supermarket nearby, which satisfied my Chinese palate!

GGuest UserI stayed for two nights and overall everything was excellent. However, on my last morning there was no running water, so I couldn’t take a shower before checking out. What disappointed me most was that the hotel did not inform guests about this issue in advance. Better communication would have been appreciated.

TThanh Hong LeHotel close the main train station and the city center with just a few minutes to walk. It was surprisingly quiet here. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is very good and you can something for every taste.

SSmile_JenayThis is a budget hotel with spacious, clean rooms and excellent front desk service. It's located at an intersection, and the road was under construction during my stay. However, since I checked in on a Saturday, the surrounding area was quiet. Wishing the owner great business!

Check-in and check-out were smooth.
The room was quite large, the bed comfortable. The bathroom was fine. There was a large wardrobe, plenty of storage space, and power outlets. A kettle and tea bags would have been a nice addition.
The room and all public areas were very clean.

MM383774****The room is small, very small, the elevator is also very small, overall it is OK, Halloween, there are not many hotel rooms nearby. The most speechless was at ten o'clock in the morning, the staff knocked on the door, I didn't respond within ten seconds, I opened the door directly, I didn't wear clothes... I didn't come next time.

GGuest Usera 8 minute tram ride from essen center hbf. Then a minute walk to the hotel. Check in is lengthy, took like 5 minutes but the room/building is very clean and comfortable. Supermarket is right next to it so getting drinks and food is convenient.
