Hotels with Parking in Zhangshu

The hotel is very close to the East Station and the surrounding environment is elegant. The room was very clean and the hotel service was very good, and the guests were actively solving problems. And pick up the station and send the station, and the meeting is also free of charge! The food made by the hotel is delicious!

The environment is very good. I really like the floor-to-ceiling windows! The service is also very good. An aunt comes to clean the house every day. The breakfast is also huge and delicious.

Accommodation environment, location is not bad, surrounded by complete facilities. The front desk lady service and instructions are no problem, five-star quality. Deduct one star, the so-called store manager at the front desk. I had to complain about it. I planned to live for one day. The lady at the front desk recommended the activities in the store. I felt pretty good, so I stayed for another day. The event needs to be handled by the app the next day, and there is no problem. The next day, the front desk handed over the shift, and the previous day said that there was a difference, I and the front desk were negotiating, this will be not far from the so-called store manager, cut Jingjie and the front desk said that it is impossible to never have. After a long time of theory, the store manager was still a pair of things I said were impossible. I wanted to be greedy for small cheapness. Later, I really didn't want to communicate with him. I kept talking. I said that I can say nothing about placing an order and paying according to his so-called price app. I said to open it for me. It took less than half a minute to pay the payment. The front desk I communicated with yesterday came and said the situation of the matter. I said no problem (then the so-called store manager said, oh, I don’t know, I don’t often at the front desk, and there is no handover. Anyway, he has no problem, the problem is the front desk and my problem). The front desk wants to help me refund and re-process. I said no need to do it. I can bear more than a dozen yuan. Finally, I handled it for me according to what I said the day before. ps, the so-called store manager from the beginning to the end, there was no formal apology (said a sentence, so the misunderstanding was lifted), all the front desk staff were apologizing to me. As the head of the Hanting Hotel Service Industry, the way to deal with sudden problems and the attitude of corresponding guests, I am really disappointed and sorry. I don't know if Hanting Hotel is an excellent brand hotel, and the screening manager depends on handling relationships or whether there is any management and service ability.

Hotel location is good, there is free open-air parking and underground parking, the room is clean and tidy, the space is large, the facilities are complete, there are floor-to-ceiling windows, the hotel staff is warm, this price is worth recommending [strong]

The hotel has an elegant environment, the overall decoration texture is online, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, clean and refreshing without odor. The room lighting is soft, the space is spacious and not depressing, and the matching meal tastes online. The staff responded promptly, the service was meticulous and intimate, quiet and not noisy, no matter whether it was a trip or a small stay, it was suitable and had been recommended to friends.

I settled in the field. This time I went back to my hometown with my parents because of something. I chose to live in Galaxy. Although I am a little old, I have a good location, convenient travel, and convenient parking. I heard from relatives and friends that it was not bad. After I came, it was really good and cost-effective. Forgot to have breakfast. The front desk lady also warmly gave breakfast for free, the service attitude is quite good, warm and professional, and will send guests to the elevator, the service is awesome [ThumbsUp]
