BBuliqitaoAs soon as I went to the front desk of the hotel, since there was no one, I waited for almost ten minutes before someone came to check in! During the check-in, the front desk did not have any smile service throughout the whole process. It felt cold. The room was open upstairs. Since the elevator was broken, I had to climb the stairs. The room facilities and equipment are simple, there is no phone, no hair dryer, and the remote control of the TV is good and bad. Since the linen in the room is in 2021, a towel that has been used for four years is a bit afraid to use. The floor drain in the bath is super slow. I looked at the floor drain and the hair. It is estimated that it has not been cleaned for a long time. The only thing that was fortunate was that the staff on duty the next day had a good service attitude.
To sum up, it is: one-star facilities, two-star service, Samsung health, four-star price.
