At Haolaizai the staff are very kind and are always eager to help. They had ordered food for us and also helped with getting a taxi to the destination. The room was absolutely amazing with a protector we were able to watch many movies and the bathroom was very relaxing and modern. I would totally stay here again

We had a great stay at this hotel. We were on the 27th floor, so had a beautiful view with the ocean and turbines setting a lovely scene. The room is very clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The hotel is a 4 minute walk from the beach and a lovely beach club with live music. The service was fantastic. There is no front desk, so it is self check in, but the manager came to pick us up from our car and take us directly to our room. He also recommended a great hot pot restaurant for dinner, which we really appreciated. For the guests who arrived at the store around 23.30 and experienced twists and turns at about 12 o'clock (do not disturb at the same time), I heard a knock on the door at 9 o'clock in the morning. After being forced to wake up, I opened the door and actually came to deliver coffee? ? ? It's really hard to stretch. The coffee was not drunk in the end, and the rest was not rested. When we checked out, the front desk did not mention this to us again. In the future, we can be alone. Quite new and very clean, much better than other hotels in the area that were last renovated over a decade ago. It has a smart toilet seat and complimentary breakfast. Overall a very pleasant experience, I'd definitely book this place again if there's availability.

酒店在歡樂島內，衛生程度很好，不過酒店餐廳的開放時間完全不靠譜，問了時間，每一天按着時間時再打過去還是關門了，大抵完全沒有打算開吧，而且附近能送餐的餐廳也不多。 前台客服挺友善，我們去的時候有活動在進行，所以很多島內的設施也沒有開放，但整體的體驗也不錯。
