At Haolaizai the staff are very kind and are always eager to help. They had ordered food for us and also helped with getting a taxi to the destination. The room was absolutely amazing with a protector we were able to watch many movies and the bathroom was very relaxing and modern. I would totally stay here again

We traveled with our family during the Spring Festival. We have to praise this hotel. The service is thoughtful. The double room has four sets of toiletries and four pairs of slippers. Seeing that we brought children, we upgraded directly to an executive double room. It is a super large room with two 1.5-meter beds, which is completely enough for a family of four or five. When checking in, each person was given a snack according to the number of people, including yogurt and Wahaha bread. The children were very happy. The most important thing is that breakfast is delivered to the room, which is also based on the number of people. It can be given as a gift, which is great. The most touching thing is that it was very late and we wanted to wash clothes after playing all day. We had to travel tomorrow morning. The hotel washed and dried them for us and sent them to us early in the evening. It was so touching and saved us a lot of time. It was like going home when we came to a strange place. There was enough mineral water and drinks in the room, and they would be delivered free of charge, with tea and coffee. When checking out, the lobby had self-service tea and coffee, and each person could take a bottle of coffee to take on the road, which made us grateful all the way. No matter how tired we were, we could completely relax and enjoy ourselves in this hotel. We could also take pictures and check in. There were New Year's greetings on the door. The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are cozy and spacious, the location is excellent, and the hygiene is meticulous. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and hot water arrives quickly. We had a great stay at this hotel. We were on the 27th floor, so had a beautiful view with the ocean and turbines setting a lovely scene. The room is very clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The hotel is a 4 minute walk from the beach and a lovely beach club with live music. The service was fantastic. There is no front desk, so it is self check in, but the manager came to pick us up from our car and take us directly to our room. He also recommended a great hot pot restaurant for dinner, which we really appreciated. Very friendly staff. As we are quite late to check in, they are there to make sure we are comfortable. The very next day, breakfast was really good which they specially prepared for us and used a VIP room for us to enjoy our breakfast.. Yah, not forgetting there is a rooftop balcony where you can see sunrise.

Quite new and very clean, much better than other hotels in the area that were last renovated over a decade ago. It has a smart toilet seat and complimentary breakfast. Overall a very pleasant experience, I'd definitely book this place again if there's availability.
