The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with a refrigerator and cookware. The host was very helpful in recommending good restaurants nearby. They also kindly reminded us to be careful of slippery surfaces when we arrived, as it was snowing. The balcony had a fantastic view, and the beach was just a ten-minute walk away. During the Chinese New Year holiday, we could watch fireworks from the balcony. Taxis could easily drive right to our building, which was very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Huludao.

The room was super clean and the bedding was very comfortable. It was in the ancient city. It was especially convenient to stroll at night. And on the west gate, the accommodation was very quiet. I felt that this stay was excellent value for money. I recommend it.

I visited Xingcheng during the National Day holiday, drawn by the ancient city and the seaside. I checked many hotels on Ctrip but none seemed quite right, so I chose Jinghai Hotel – just because of the ”Jing” in its name. It felt like fate, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, right next to the Haihe Bridge. It's a bit far from the city center, making it quieter, but across the bridge, it's convenient for dining and shopping. I stayed in a river-view room, and the bridge looked beautiful at night. The room was new and elegant, with a touch of modern Chinese minimalism. The cleanliness was excellent, and the bathroom was large and well-equipped. The breakfast was plentiful, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the restaurant had a pleasant ambiance. Most importantly, the service was outstanding – incredibly professional, friendly, and enthusiastic. The training was excellent; the front desk staff were all beautiful and gentle, providing attentive and meticulous service. They even gave us small snacks and gifts upon check-in. Even the cleaning lady was very kind and diligent. I highly recommend Jinghai Hotel to anyone visiting Xingcheng; the price is reasonable and it offers excellent value. I'd definitely stay at Jinghai Hotel again next time I'm in Xingcheng!

Xingcheng is a small coastal city, half of it is the seaside and half of it is an ancient city. Full of life and romance. I'm lucky to have booked here. The hotel environment is great and the location is great. After coming in from the hot air outside, it suddenly became cool and comfortable. The service attitude of Zhang Xiaotian at the front desk was very good and responsive. It was a pleasure to stay. The breakfast was comfortable and the lady who fried the eggs was very nice. So busy.

The owner was very considerate. We contacted us on WeChat before our stay to discuss island pickup and drop-off arrangements. The driver also deserves a pat on the back. When he heard we wanted to buy tools for catching seafood, he said they wouldn't be useful, so he let us borrow some from the B&B supermarket. Seeing we had so many kids, he even gave us the clamps we had in the car. The B&B was very clean, with rooms offering stunning sea views. We stayed in cabin 201, the one closest to the edge, with a panoramic view of the ocean. The restaurant also had a nice ambiance, and the home-style dishes were delicious. The evening karaoke with bonfires and fireworks was a fantastic atmosphere, and the kids were delighted. It was a truly worthwhile trip. I'll definitely be back next time!!!

Facilities: The hotel is brand new and odor-free, and the toilet was especially useful. Cleanliness: Clean, with separate wet and dry areas. Showering inside and washing up outside is very convenient. The kettle is well-placed, with a side outlet, making it easy to use your own kettle. The shower was strong and refreshing, making it a pleasant experience. Environment: Quiet, clean, and tidy. The area within 300 meters is bustling with seafood shops. The beach is not far away, and the Chrysanthemum Girl statue is just over a ten-minute walk away. Food: The hotel faces the bridge, and any seafood barbecue restaurant across the road is excellent. The breakfast is also good. The lobby staff are very helpful and always ready to answer any questions. I'll definitely stay at this Hanting again when I'm in Xingcheng.

Really nice small Homestay right in the center of the ancient town. Room is small but with a nice little terrace. You have everything you need in your room. The homestay also has a roof top terrace with a good view over the town. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. They offer tandems to ride around the ancient town which is really convenient and a nice to explore the town especially with kids.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the Xingcheng ferry terminal. Rooms on the east side offer a unique experience, allowing you to see the pier and sunrise directly from your bed. The hotel itself is a renovation of an older private hotel (only floors 6-9 were renovated; floors 1-5 remain at a guesthouse-like standard). It seems to have later joined a brand, and the overall renovation definitely aligns with the brand's standards. However, since it's an older hotel, some hardware components appear dated, possibly due to poor maintenance or not being fully replaced. Objectively, the cleanliness was also just average; it didn't hold up to close inspection, which was a bit disappointing. While the room view was excellent, the room size was quite small. The hotel breakfast is priced at 28/person, and it was decent, offering good value for the price. The hotel's location is superb, with plenty of seafood restaurants and street stalls downstairs, making dining and walks along the beach very convenient. The hotel has a private enclosed parking lot, but it seems to be shared with two or three other hotels, and cars heading to the beach and pier also park there, so parking can be quite tight during peak season. We visited during the fishing ban, so the fishing boats at the pier couldn't go out, meaning we weren't bothered by noise. While hotel prices rise significantly during holidays, if you visit during the off-season, none of the issues I mentioned would be a problem.

Hotel staff Xiao Xing and Xiao Ren were very welcoming and attentive. The towels and bath towels in the room were very clean, the floor mats were non-slip, and the bathroom floor was flat without any steps. The large windows provided excellent ventilation. The price was reasonable. The corridor had a lot of information about Xingcheng's history and even showed us the beautiful beach. We are both 74 years old, and they conveniently arranged for us to go to the second floor. The stairs were wide, the environment was quiet, and the scenery was picturesque. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank you for your hospitality!
