酒店整體環境都還符合預期，服務感受非常一般。從辦理入住開始，前台就非常不專業，説話支支吾吾吭哧癟肚，全靠旁邊一個男經理支撐。因為下單有免費兑換升級房型、詢問前台得到的回覆是房間滿了不能升房、這都可以接受的，然後前台一個女的主動説您帶孩子、晚上給您鋪一下沙發床、孩子可以單獨睡也還是很寬敞的，説8點之後客房安排人來鋪，八點多沒人來打電話詢問説馬上安排、八點半客房的人來送東西説沒收到前台通知説要鋪床、我想可能忙等下會説、八點四十前台來電話説這個是收費的問我還需要嗎、原因是我預訂的房型沒有這個服務、給我升了房住、但是我不能免費享受升房後的服務、火冒三丈了、理論了一下前台一直質問我是不是就是想要鋪床、我問什麼前台都衹重複這一句話。 整個酒店除了那個男經理和當晚客房服務的大姐、全都像是沒有經過培訓的人一樣。我本來還定了第二晚續住，馬上取消第二天換了地方。
