I found a suite when I arrived in Ningde. The room was quite big, but the bathroom door was a bit old. The door couldn't be closed. The seal of the shower room was old. But I was basically satisfied. The bathtub was super big. Breakfast was provided. The taste was OK. It was convenient to the highway. Overall, it was very good.

An unexpected stay experience, highly recommended! The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation around, close to the train station and the expressway exit. The lake view outside the room window is pleasant, making people feel relaxed during their stay. The service attitude is also very good, from the front desk to the room service, making people feel at home. In particular, Xiao Zhong at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, quickly handled the formalities, and also provided surrounding dining suggestions. Any needs can be solved in time, which is very considerate. The room is equipped with high-quality bedding and toiletries, the mattress is very comfortable, and the sleep quality is excellent. The lady at the front desk was very gentle and nice; the room was large and clean, the shower had sufficient water pressure, the hair dryer was also powerful, and most importantly, the quilt and pillow were very clean, and there was no damp feeling. The front desk staff was super enthusiastic and considerate, and I felt the meticulous care.
The homestay is clean and smartly decorated. Facing the sea, you can enjoy the sea view by lying on the bed and opening the window.
The sunset check-in spot on the eighth floor is even more stunning and breathtaking.
They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide to Xiapu and special snacks. When we left, they prepared mineral water and souvenirs for us, which included Xiapu's special snacks, full of thoughtfulness.
This place is not only a place to stay, but also a place for the soul to rest. I will come again next time when I have time

GGuest UserA quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle is not located in the internet-famous Dongbi Village (which is extremely noisy, packed with tourists, and bustling with cars and horses). Not far from Dongbi is this B&B, which is close to the residential area and where you can really see Xiapu. It's an ordinary alleyway full of fireworks, where you can live in a down-to-earth and comfortable way. Further ahead is Sansha Town, which has a dazzling array of seafood restaurants, which is very convenient.
The breakfast at the B&B is very rich. You can open the window and walk to the balcony to see the sea (it's separated by the road).

The hotel is newly renovated and I booked two rooms with slightly different decorations, 12 large rooms and an integrated basin. 13 long, slightly narrow toilet, counter basin. Overall it's clean, comfortable and very cost-effective. Accommodation on the 6th floor and breakfast on the 7th floor. Good environment!
