Service: The customer service lady is very polite and responsible. She even told me how to get there when I checked in very late at night.
It was my first time to stay in a hotel like this on a business trip to Ningde and it was a really good experience. The room has a password lock. I will come back next time.

It was difficult to find, basically it’s a door between two stores and there’s no reception. You need to add their wechat, and ask for the main door password, then you take the elevator up and open the door with the password on the electric key lock. The place is new and modern, it had a washing machine and a fridge too. Please note that towels not provided, only a one time use thin towel in a plastic bag. The price is really good, so definitely recommend it.

GGuest UserThe boss family is warm and kind. I am a little uncomfortable because of the heat injury. The boss is afraid that I can't find the health center in the village. He also went to the health center to send me a positioning there and wait for me. The environment of the homestay is very good and clean. Although it is facing the street, it is not noisy at all and the rest is very good at night. Breakfast is the white porridge made by the boss's mother, with side dishes and fried dough sticks, one per person, very hygienic, absolutely recommended!

You can also find the proprietress to borrow a small eDonkey. It is more interesting to walk through the small village on foot. In addition, although the homestay is on the beach, it is very clean. There is no tide quilt like the average seaside homestay, and it is more comfortable to sleep. The proprietress is a person who can live very well at first glance. The details of the homestay are beautiful and attentive. The boss and the proprietress are very talkative, and they have a good tea for the proprietress at night, and chat from the world to the north. Encountering interesting souls is also the meaning of travel. The various attractions in Xiapu are a little separated, and the proprietress enthusiastically recommended Master Zheng, who chartered the car. GGuest UserThis is the nicest boutique hotel I have stayed in China. The staff are very friendly and hospitable, serves me tea the moment I step into hotel. Manager Xiao Luan upgraded me to the sixth floor from fourth floor of hotel which offers a much better view of the sea beneath without added charge. Also explains very carefully how the gadgets in the ultra modern room works. Can watch TV and movies on screen operated remotely. Same with curtains which can be drawn by remote. Big plus is that toilet seat is heated. Room is also warmed by air conditioning which is a bonus, since the day I checked in is quite cold. From the room window, can get panoramic view of the sea beneath. Makes tea drinking by the window a pleasure. Breakfast is delicious and there is free flow of porridge and noodle soup which is cooked with oysters and other seafood. Also plus is that there is lift landing at every level, so no need to climb stairs to reach room. At the roof on the Ninth floor, can take beautiful pics of the bay below.

GGuest UserI am very satisfied with this B&B. It is located near the Beiqi Tidal Flat. The butler will take the initiative to take everyone to watch the sunrise, which is very considerate. The overall design of the hotel is beautiful. I regretted that it was already evening when I arrived. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Kasumigaura.
When I woke up in the morning, I was impressed by the store's exquisite breakfast. This bowl of shredded pork and pickled vegetables noodles is hand-rolled in-house and paired with the store's homemade garlic cloves. It's amazing. Finished with a cup of coffee, perfect😍.

Although the weather was bad when we went there and we didn’t see the sunrise, the enthusiasm of the hotel waiters and the comfortable atmosphere made the trip worthwhile.

They would help me check in very considerately. I was also surprised that there was an elevator in the B&B. This made it very convenient for us to pick up our luggage. We didn’t have to worry about carrying too much luggage. The housekeeper will help us take our luggage back to the room very considerately. I mean it is a walk-and-go trip, so I don’t have much guide. The housekeeper of this B&B will introduce to me what I can do nearby. This is a place that I really need if I am lazy. The most important thing is their room. It is very comfortable to walk in. The sanitary environment is very clean. Their toiletries are disposable, which is more hygienic and can be avoided. Some unclean things, mainly due to the safety hazards of accommodation, are exposed on the Internet now, so they are very good here. I stayed in a room facing the sea, and I could look at the sea view while lying on the bed. It was very comfortable, and They have a great view here, directly facing the sea. Not far from Dongbi is this B&B, which is close to the residential area and where you can really see Xiapu. It's an ordinary alleyway full of fireworks, where you can live in a down-to-earth and comfortable way. Further ahead is Sansha Town, which has a dazzling array of seafood restaurants, which is very convenient.
The breakfast at the B&B is very rich. You can open the window and walk to the balcony to see the sea (it's separated by the road).

The hotel is newly renovated and I booked two rooms with slightly different decorations, 12 large rooms and an integrated basin. 13 long, slightly narrow toilet, counter basin. Overall it's clean, comfortable and very cost-effective. Accommodation on the 6th floor and breakfast on the 7th floor. Good environment!
