CccxwnxThis business trip back home left me extremely dissatisfied with both the service and facilities. Since the hotel opened, I've returned two or three times a year and always stayed at this hotel. Previously, the service and cleanliness were impeccable, especially the service, which made me feel very comfortable. This time, however, the experience was completely different. First, the unfamiliar receptionist was unresponsive, unenthusiastic, impatient, unprofessional, and inadequate in answering questions. The entire communication process was incredibly frustrating; I almost couldn't resist asking the person next to me to help me with check-in. It completely shattered my impression of the hotel. Later, when I encountered her in the hallway on the check-in floor, I could sense her resentment towards my annoyance; she didn't even offer a greeting. Second, the cleanliness was lacking. Perhaps due to the high volume of guests and booming business, the hotel couldn't maintain its previous quality; everything was sloppy, and the elevator reeked of smoke. Finally, something I've been wanting to mention: the pillows were too soft and lacked support, making it difficult to fall asleep.

LLidaguanrenAs a frequent traveler ”air flyer”, this hotel really hit all the needs of business people! The location is excellent, less than 100 meters walk to the food street, there is a 24-hour convenience store next to the hotel to buy things super worry-free. The front desk staff of shamm responded quickly and could solve the needs quickly. Back to the room at night, the sound insulation effect is particularly good, no external noise can be heard at all, and you can rest and restore your energy. Choose here for business travel, efficient and at ease

The quality of the spare parts is online, the lighting and air conditioning are conveniently adjusted, and the sound insulation effect is beyond imagination. The front desk is very intimate, take the initiative to inform the surrounding play routes, and also provide drinking water intimately. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes online. Entering the hotel lobby, the environment is spacious and bright, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is also very fast. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, and I had a very refreshing sleep. The facilities in the room are complete, the TV, air conditioning, kettle, etc. are all working well, and the bathroom is also very clean and has no odor. The hotel’s breakfast is also very rich, with all kinds of bread, cakes, fruits and drinks, and the taste is also very good. It is very quiet when sleeping at night and will not be disturbed by any external noise. In short, this stay experience was very good. I will choose this hotel again next time I have the chance. Convenient transportation
But the health situation needs to be strengthened, there are cockroaches, let me come to clean up the room for a few hours and not come. The supporting facilities are old, the hair dryer is old-fashioned, there is no bathrobe, children's toothbrush, etc.!

The elevator makes it easy to go up and down the stairs. The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable.👍🏼 There are five or six washing machines in a row.👍🏼
