CccxwnxThis business trip back home left me extremely dissatisfied with both the service and facilities. Since the hotel opened, I've returned two or three times a year and always stayed at this hotel. Previously, the service and cleanliness were impeccable, especially the service, which made me feel very comfortable. This time, however, the experience was completely different. First, the unfamiliar receptionist was unresponsive, unenthusiastic, impatient, unprofessional, and inadequate in answering questions. The entire communication process was incredibly frustrating; I almost couldn't resist asking the person next to me to help me with check-in. It completely shattered my impression of the hotel. Later, when I encountered her in the hallway on the check-in floor, I could sense her resentment towards my annoyance; she didn't even offer a greeting. Second, the cleanliness was lacking. Perhaps due to the high volume of guests and booming business, the hotel couldn't maintain its previous quality; everything was sloppy, and the elevator reeked of smoke. Finally, something I've been wanting to mention: the pillows were too soft and lacked support, making it difficult to fall asleep.

CCVFI had to book suddenly so it couldn't get the cheapest rate but still the value is excellent. The reservation includes breakfast. There is a washing machine and a place to dry your clothes free of charge. The breakfast is amazing. The service is also amazing, even though no one speaks English. The door on my bathroom got stuck so a maintenance man came up and fixed it. And then the washing machine door got stuck, so one of the girls from the front desk came up and fixed that. Highly recommend this place

GGuest UserAt the time of check-in, the hotel front desk arranged a room where the lights were not fully bright, and then I went to communicate and upgraded me to an executive room. For dinner in the hotel restaurant, due to the large number of guests during the Spring Festival, I waited for about an hour and a half for the dishes, which was very speechless. The last fried rice was free for us. This is also their apologies. The breakfast was too bad, and the dishes were not added in time.
