The service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

There are quite a lot of people for breakfast during the Chinese New Year. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. There is a self-service laundry on the 12th floor, which is convenient for travel. There is no refrigerator in the room, the sound insulation equipment is poor, there are people talking in the corridor at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and they can hear clearly. The elevator does not set a card to enter the elevator. The safety needs to be improved.

The hotel environment is elegant, the room is clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft. The view outside the window is nice. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the location is convenient, close to shopping malls and restaurants, and it's also easy to order takeout. Transportation is convenient. However, the soundproofing isn't great. I didn't expect the floor to be so high, yet the construction noise next to the building was quite noticeable.

Absolutely a 5 out of 5 in terms of service, room is super clean. Shower and toilet are spacious. Hotel was quiet with robot delivering food deliveries to the room. Only downside was the air conditioning was not working, it seems like it was turned off for cleaning for the 7 days of my stay. At 27 degrees C, it was unbearablly hot. When issue was raised to the front desk, they immediately provided a fan for the room. Breakfast was reasonable, buffet was filling, but options somewhat limited. Good tasting.

The room hygiene is the ultimate, one guest changes the bedding, the bedding is lightly clean and fragrant, the mattress is soft and fits the waist, and after climbing thousands of steps, you can lie down to relieve the sourness of the whole body. The whole house is intelligent equipment, automatic curtains, constant temperature bathroom, smart toilet, bathroom dry and wet separation, bath products are natural herbs, suitable for the quiet atmosphere of the mountains. The sound insulation effect is excellent at night, the mountains and forests are quiet, there is no noise, and the night is stable and sleeps well. It is awakened by crisp birds in the morning. Compared to hotels in the city center, the price is really not expensive. If you're doing business nearby, the value for money is acceptable. Breakfast is decent and not pricey; it has all the essentials.

The room has good lighting, and you can greet the sun when you wake up in the morning. The facilities are complete, the bed is quite big and soft, there is no noise at night, and it is very quiet to fall asleep. It is a very satisfactory stay.
