"I chose this hotel for a holiday with my family last weekend. The experience is very good and I must come and praise it.
When I was looking for a hotel, I was worried that it would be difficult to find. As a result, I arrived smoothly according to the navigation. The location was really obvious. The room is bigger than I thought, the space is spacious, and the activities are not crowded. The beds and floors are very clean and the living is very safe. "We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay."

"The store manager is really nice. Because of the traffic jam on National Day, the store manager decided to take the national road. At night, there are barbecue kids swimming in the store. The room is clean. The store manager turned on the air conditioner in advance and waited for our arrival. It was very considerate. The next day for personal reasons I was not feeling well, the shop manager also brought the soup he drank to me. It was too heartwarming and the air was very good. The environment and sanitation standards are very high and stylish.
The staff is also very NICE, warm and attentive. The supporting facilities and recreational items can also be said to be very complete. You can play mahjong and soak in the bath with friends until late at night. You can even relax and chat in the front and back halls of the courtyard.
