GGuest UserVery nice place and for a great price. The receptionist didn't speak English so we used Google translate, but once done, we got a quick and good service. The hotel is a bit distanced from the main street and the gondola to the ski area, but it's quite and good for driving to the mountain.

PPhoenix969The location is amazing just 15 min walk to the gondola station. The service is amazing, it’s family run business, the owner took personal care of us ensured any little issues were addressed immediately. In the morning we were fed well with Bulgarian breakfast and it had personal touch to it and we were made to feel special. Amenities were adequate considering the price we paid for it. The only downside I would say is the shower had some moulds but that’s an easy fix and mattress was a bit soft needs replacement.

GGuest UserExcellent location beside the ski road with car parking. Comfortable and clean rooms. Decent breakfast at the restaurant and spa facilities for apres ski. Not to forget the friendly staff at the reception as well as at the ski rental shop. It will be perfect if the restaurant also serves ala carte menu for dinner with local dishes instead of only set menu catered for British tourist.
