Hotels with Parking in Townsville

One of the best places I have stayed world wide service related , shower was awesome, bed even better the only thing that I could negative would be that the barrister coffee was additional charge to the buffet breakfast ,

The journey changes, the temporary hotel. Entering the house is the taste of a French fries. It is estimated that the front guests have cooking, but this hygiene cleaning is too sloppy. It is a large bed in a bedroom, a double bed in the living room, and can accommodate four people.

Great location. Plenty to do and see around this area. Close to.the strand. Plenty of restaurants. Good location to bese yourself for a week stay

We had a spacious room with lots of amenities including a fully equipped kitchen which was a nice surprise at such a low cost. However, a few of the facilities seemed in need of restoration, with the fan and A/C seeming outdated to the point of feeling unsafe, and the fire alarm half hanging off the ceiling with tape. Additionally, we had a problem with pests in our room, seeing lots of cockroaches and a couple of spiders over our 3 nights. It was also disappointing that such loud maintenance works were going on in the park from fairly early in the morning, which would have been okay if it was communicated to us prior to booking, however it was not. Overall, a good value room, but in need of some work and pest control.

Bed was amazing very comfortable walking distance to Flinders street and Strand. Restaurants on your door step  😊 would definitely recommend for weekend or short stay. Room was rear facing no view but the bed made up for lack of view.

This was not our first stay and in the main it was good. We stayed twice on this trip with a stint on Magnetic Island in between. Service on our departure stay was while not bad was marred by the gentleman who was abrupt and less than enthusiastic about being helpful. We arrived in the morning knowing we couldn’t get in until later and were greeted by a friendly and helpful reception attendant. Who said we would let us know by text as soon as a room was available for us. We took that to mean if we could enter our room before the scheduled check in time we would get a message. We never got a message. In fact we had ran out of ways to entertain ourselves and keep cool with just under an hour to check in time. So we went to the reception to assign the room was ready and were grumpily informed our room wasn’t ready and that is why we had not had a text. We understood this could be the case but the summary dismissal was far from reasonable customer service. No apology given we had patiently waited for over four hours already. We waited in the lobby and watched as others were given rooms. Why we had to wait while others did not was given no explanation and made no senseh to us. When check in time came and went is when I had to contain myself. One thing for us to be shunned for being early but for them to tell our room was not available at the time the business had committed to was very frustrating. It showed they had no system and were unprepared to provide reasonable customer service. We waited patiently and thankfully not for much longer and maintained our positive countenance. Thank goodness the room was,while only on the first floor, the better of rooms we had stayed in and worth the wait had it been managed better. If it weren’t for the grumpy reception we would have rated this trip more highly. Hopefully this business can get its cleaning process and attitude to customers of male staff improved the location value and room would be highly recommended as is a little work to do.

The location of the hotel is easy to find and convenient for traveling by car. There are a full set of kitchen utensils. You can feel at home when you are doing your own dinner. You can also taste the deliciousness of Australian ingredients. The sanitary condition is good and it is recommended to stay.

advantage: ① On the top of the mountain, the scenery is good Disadvantages: ① Air conditioner and door are always close together (Only for people who want to hang the rope.) The windows are blinds.

House facilities are old

The room was not clean dirty floors and rubbish was not taken away for bins.Breakfast was satisfactory with pleasent staff.Restaurant is still not operational but that did not bother us. The room has a microwave good sized refrigerator and basic kitchen Ware. TV has limited channels working no abc
