"Matsue universal hotel is a good hotel. It is located nearby train station which is more convenient to transport. I can go to the city closed to hotel. It is comfortable for me to go shopping. Bedroom is good but there is small smell from furniture. It is a big room and service is good.

Although it’s about 27 minutes’ walk from Songjiang Station, it’s a bit far, but it’s OK for me.
To get to Izumo Taisha Shrine, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk from Kokoriko Onsen Station.

The hot spring hotel has a long history and beautiful decoration. There is a large Japanese garden and walking trails outdoors. You can also visit the room where the Japanese emperor stayed when he visited.
The hotel is filled with different traditional artworks.
The room is big and has a terrace. The bed is very comfortable.
The breakfast is a traditional Japanese breakfast, which includes Shimane's specialty ingredients. The red sea bass is super delicious, and the clam noodle soup is also very sweet.
The service is also very good. There is a free shuttle bus from the JR station. It was snowing heavily on the day of check-in. The driver took me directly to the hotel even though it was not the departure time, so I didn't have to wait in the snow.
When I checked in, they even arranged a private car to take me to the train the next day.
If I come to Songjiang again, I will definitely stay here again"

"I remember it was a smoking room, but it may not be.
The hallway smelled like cigarettes, but I knew that when I made the reservation, so it was fine.
There was a bathroom, but it was just an ordinary public bath, so it was adequate.

"The hotel is opposite JR station. You need to take the underground passage and then cross the road. The bathroom in the twin room has a separate shower, so there is no need to cross the bathtub. We can't speak Japanese, can't communicate, sister took the initiative to take us in to do translation order, really people feel very touched!
But she said she would be home by March next year!
The breakfast Aqi is also very kind, always asking if you want to add rice and soup!
Although the price is high, the quality is very good!

The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate.
There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍

The location was great and the hot springs were free-flowing from the source, which made my skin feel so smooth and amazing. I would definitely like to stay here again, on the Lake Shinji side.

GGuest UserThere is a direct bus from Izumo Airport. Arrive at Anadoko Onsen Station. Walk 100 meters past the hotel. The decoration style of the lobby retains the feeling of the Showa era. I like it very much. Every service staff is very polite and enthusiastic. Unfortunately, there is no buffet in the morning. Will do it next time Come again.
