The room is small but clean, and the breakfast is rich and much better than many Mercure hotels in China.
What's more valuable is that the Louvre is within walking distance, and the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, mostly Chinese, Japanese and Korean... It's a very safe area, and it's quiet at night; the price is also very nice!
It's really good👍
Love the convenience and ease to move around as the hotel is located in the same building as the train station. Lots of F&B outlets available within the vicinity.
Hotel staff is helpful but can't really understand or speak English. Overall good.
The breakfast in this hotel is unexpectedly satisfying😀!
There are a variety of coffees, but I don't drink them in the morning, so I can skip them! (Benefits for coffee lovers)
The pancakes taste very good [color], and the milk oatmeal is very rich and tastes [strong]!
The juice and fruits are fresh and delicious, and the ham is also what I like to eat (no strong taste, suitable for the public taste) [Hey ha]
Scrambled eggs and fried ham are in the thermos, and there are all kinds of bread🥖, jam!
A breakfast includes staple food, meat, grains, nuts, fruits, and dairy products. Nutrition is in place!
There is also a baby seat [smart]
Good location; very near from the airport that allows a priceless peace of mind for any traveler. Breakfast was good.
Didn't felt like a 4 star hotel room though; decent but not outstanding.

The location is worth highlighting. You can reach everything on foot and the metro station is not far away. There are lots of cafes and restaurants on the street. But if you have a room facing the street, you can't leave the window open. It's too loud. The air conditioning is also very loud. The bathroom is a disaster. The toilet is constantly clogged. The shower only has boiling hot or ice cold water. The breakfast buffet wasn't enough for us. Scrambled eggs from a packet are a no-no. It was OK for a weekend trip. The underground car park with enough spaces is a plus!
It's right in front of the station, the location is great, the facilities are clean, and there's nothing to complain about! It's comfortable and I'll have a good stay!
The room is a little small, but it's a flaw,
but I'm satisfied because everything from the cleanliness to the facilities are good!
clean, cosy, quiet except the musical festival, convenient to any places.
Only complain is the first day when checked in, they didn't register my breakfast, and the young guy double checked with the manager, and confirmed my room fare iregister the breakfast.
the First day, staff in the restaurant checked with me for a while, then let me in. The last day,
they still checked me and let me stay there to wait the confirmation, that was the 4th day I stayed there! Unbelievable, no any coordination between the team!
Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly, the location was good, and the facilities were very clean and nice. I was impressed that there was even a coffee machine..👍

ZZHIYELocated in the 9th district of Paris, in the business district, the public order is very good. Don't worry. It is a 10-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette. There are many restaurants nearby, and there are Chinese and Western restaurants. The choice is very wide.

心心疼小区里的流浪咪子The hotel location is very good, very close to the Paris East Station, the room is very clean, I thought it would be a little messy near the train station, but the hotel is very safe, the black lady at the front desk is very warm
LLIUThe location of the hotel is very convenient, close to 2 subway stations, travel is very easy, more suitable for business trips, in the Bastille and nearby, you can visit the old streets and new sceneries. Will consider staying here next time.
MMaiIt was very quiet at night, and the conference venue, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, was within walking distance. The reception was also very friendly and nice. The breakfast menu was the same almost every day, and there were almost no vegetables, so it was a bit disappointing.
MMaribelThe location was excellent, very close to Eiffel tower. They also keep your luggage if you come early before your check in and after you check out which is really good for traveller. Room was a bit small, but can accomodate couple like us, and for those who does not stay much in the room. There are opportunities to improve on cleanliness, like stain on the wall near the bedside table, we had tea and coffee but no proper cup and kettle to boil water, was calling customer service at night to request for it but no answer so had to leave it for the next day. We had no shampoo in the room, no handwashing soap, and had to use bathroom tissue because we only had 4 pcs tissue left in the box. Hair dryer was not working properly. I always look and stay as much as possible, in Mercure hotel everytime we travel as I had good experience before, this time is a bit different but I know they can improve it for future.

NNicolas PedrazziniWe were given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and everything was exceptional. The only drawback was that upon checking out, we were told the room wasn't paid for, even though we had prepaid for it months before. Aside from that, everything was incredible.
