Found this Hotel on Trip.com! What do I want to say! I don’t know who writes what) The hotel is excellent, I put 5 stars!!! The rooms are all clean! Breakfast is very tasty! The staff is very friendly and nice! Especially Girls 👧 working at the Reception🌹👍. Always during the day for guests They set the table with various sweets and water! If the water in the room ran out! On the -1 floor there is a room where you can take her to the room, it’s so boring for you!!! I went down to the -1 floor and mixed up the door, Managers work there! The girl is very sweet and pleasant, she showed me everything! Location at the Super Hotel 🙌🏻 Right with the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees I recommend !!!!!

Excellent place. Super clean, classy, the toilets are perfectly equipped and all the extras were very thoughtful of the service. The air conditioner was not very strong but it was enough for the night and they offer extra ventilators. They gave us free bottles of cold water and tea when we arrived and the whole check in experience was very smooth. I would definitely return to this place! The room did not face the street so it was very quiet and perfectly located in relation to all major monuments and important stations. Loved it!

I booked this hotel as it had a swimming pool and I suffer from back pain (3 operations in 5 years long ago). On arrival I asked about the pool and was told it is only open from 10am until 9pm and a 30 euro one off fee for use is payable per guest. I mentioned most people would likely choose to swim prior to breakfast but was told tests have to be made everyday (presumably Ph levels) so that was the reason for late opening. Surely the first staff on duty around 6/7am could be shown how to do this. Finally checked the pool out just before leaving ........... I wouldn't have used it, an overwhelming smell of chlorine !

The service is optimal - there was a welcome champagne bottle from the host and he is so responsive and helpful. The rooms were cleaned and prepared with a personal touch of roses/rose petals. They provided candles if you want to spend some more ambient moments with lovedones. Check-in is seamless and you get most of what you need in this place. Love the homey ambience and the character of this unit. Stayed here with our kids and they loved the living room very much. Location is in Champs-Élysées, so it's a brisk walk to Arc de Triomphe. Le Relais, which is a trending restaurant, is a stone's throw away. Dior, Louis Vuitton, and all those shops are within walking distance. There is a nearby grocery store if you want to cook homemade food, you can do it here. Food delivery is also an option. This is nearby public transpo and easily accessed/bookable through BOLT or taxis. We definitely recommend booking if you're a family who's on a budget and would like a homey place to rest in while at the center of Paris.

Facilities: Very complete, with a swimming pool and spa on the underground first floor Hygiene: The hotel is still very clean, and I won't comment on the outside of the hotel. Environment: The Place de la Concorde is outside, and the Eiffel Tower can be seen in the southwest. Service: The front desk and the luggage guy are very enthusiastic, and the cleaning manager patiently helped me find my phone after I couldn't find it. In the end, I found that it was not lost in the hotel. I am still very grateful. There was a small episode when I checked out. The minibar in the room was not opened throughout the whole process, but it showed that there was consumption. Fortunately, the front desk removed it after I explained it~

The best feature of the hotel is Eiffel tower view from balconies of some of the rooms. Liked that very much. Room for 3 was good, breakfast ok, location - stone throw from Etoile and Eiffel tower. Highly recommended for the fair prive

After my satisfied experience with the One Bedroom, I tried their Studio room. Comparing to many other hotel rooms, the Studio is considered very good! It has the same high quality of amenities as the One Bedroom, however during my stay, I got the handicapped studio room and it was lacking the Coffee Capsules and a hair dryer (Though later the staffs gave it to me once I requested them). The other difference with the One bedroom would be the lacking of a wireless bluetooth speaker system. We had an issue with the hot water system during my stay, and the staffs ended up letting us taking a shower in a different room. It was very inconvenient for my wife, but considering the staffs effort in resolving the issue we have to give them a credit. Overall, I would still recommend this property since it was recently opened and they have a great amenities! The staffs are friendly and helpful which is a plus too!

Very good location, just few minutes walk to the LV box. Room is spacious and with good facility. Very good choice for family trip

They provided complimentary cake and champagne as it was my birthday and catered to every request. Service was excellent
