I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the property itself is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located, I was deeply disappointed with the service, which falls far below the standards expected of the Pullman brand. From the moment I arrived, the service was slow and disorganized. Long lines at check-in were made worse by a lack of guidance—guests were left standing around, unsure of where to wait or what to do. I also had issues with my toilet from the first day. Despite reporting the problem and trying to remain patient, the situation only got worse. By the second day, the toilet wouldn’t flush at all. A technician was supposedly sent while I was out, but when I returned, it was still broken, now flushing water nonstop and creating constant noise. After waiting over an hour for assistance, I had to go down to reception myself. They finally offered to move me to another room, but no one apologized, took responsibility, or showed any empathy for the inconvenience. Adding to the frustration, they didn’t even offer help with moving my luggage to the new room. Overall, the poor service overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. For the price and Pullman’s reputation, this experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel.

As we arrived on an early morning flight, we pre-booked 1 night before so that we can check in upon arrival. Check-in was easy and smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was superb. Very near to train station. Vibrant further up the street where all the cafes are located. Overall, nice neighborhood.

Absolutely lovely stay. Comfortable beds. Great hospitality and staff. Can't fault it one bit! Great location too. Chromecast in every room too which makes it easy to watch entertainment without bringing any extra gadgets. Shopping mall across the street. A lovely breakfast cafe opposite too. Many different other shops around. Very lovely area. Would most definitely visit again!

Paris stayed in four or five hotels for a few days. This is the least cost-effective one. The room is very small and old. Although the window is beautiful, the window is open. A hotel near Montparnasse terminal station. Depending on who was in charge that day, the staff (old men) at hotel check-in and check-out were quite friendly, so I had a good impression. The room was clean. The elevator is small, so if you have a carry-on case, the limit is two people. Minimum amenities such as a hair dryer are provided. There are many restaurants nearby where you can enjoy French cuisine, and the area is crowded with people enjoying drinks at night.

It was good except that there was only one towel when staying on the second day. There is a Burger King right next door, so it's good to have a late night meal and there are many places to go around.
