The staffs are very attentive and helpful. During our stay, despite the hotels are still under minor renovations with noisy work, we still have a great time staying in the hotel and mange to explore the swimming pool every nights and we recommend this hotel to anyone. Ps Great neighbourhood nearby many hidden gems around.

Room is very clean. Location is superb! Our ac was not working. We informed the reception twice but no one came to fix it.

Staffs are very friendly. I booked a wrong date and they helped me to change to the right day with a little extra charge but it was perfect help. Neighbor were nice and friendly as well. I will definitely come to stay again in the future. There were many free snacks, drinks, bread in the lobby. The hotel atmospheres is cute and nice decoration. The room was quite big and clean. The bed is soft and well bed. We came with 4 and 4 of us were happy and joyful with staffs and manager.

This is my first time staying at Grand Hotel Chicago and I my experience has been exceptional. Staff is super friendly and beyond helpful. Location is great My husband and I traveled with 3 kids and we got a connecting room and it was perfect and spacious. Around the hotel on rue de dames there are lots of nice bistro and all amenities. ( supermarket, self service laundry, pharmacy, subway- all a short walk away) Really convenient, very clean, quiet and and great atmosphere. Would go back- absolutely.

Very new, very quiet, the facilities are not only new but also of good quality. There is a welcome card, the room is relatively large, there is no peculiar smell, the bed is also very comfortable, the bathroom and toilet are relatively large and separated from the wet and dry areas, I recommend it. The breakfast variety is not very large, and the front desk service is very good. It is very close to the Moulin Rouge and not far from Galeries Lafayette. It is in the 17th district. I live alone. I am a little scared to take a taxi back to the hotel after 10 o'clock in the evening, but everything is fine. I can stay here with my family next time.

The hotel is a little bit far from the metro station, which takes you around 7mins to walk there, but once you get to the metro, it is very close to all the other attractions. The only thing I didn’t like about are the stairs. My room was located on the third floor, but the elevator cannot reach the the side of my room, so I had to walk three floors everytime.

I stayed there for four days and it was a very retro and cute hotel!!! The staff were very polite, the room was clean and it was a great experience. The room had a refrigerator and a kettle, which was very helpful. It was not a quiet place because there was a big road right next to it, but if you are not sensitive to noise like me and it doesn't bother you, I think it will be fine. The room was really cute.
