The front desk staffs are really friendly and helpful, the room is pretty clean and they do offer enough equipments in the room for a longer stay. e.g. shampoo, conditioner, tableware etc. But there are 2 things I want to sound out:
1. A staff at the breakfast buffet was incredibly inappropriate. He basically went behind the buffet session, took a sandwich bite with his hand and ate it in front of me and other guests DURING breakfast hours. While I am against food waste, I just feel stupid I paid €75…
2. Don’t trust their pictures, I booked 2 rooms with terraces, in the pictures the terrace has a nice open street view, but in reality I got a room looking inside the hotel restaurant’s glass ceiling and another room with completely no view, which is very disappointing. They should at least include pictures of other potential room types.

The hotel is a very comfortable and quiet studio, which offers a courtyard, surrounded by gardens, a beautifully decorated and safe haven just a step from Notre Dame and Sorbonne.

A Stunning Aesthetic Marred by Disappointing Service
My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression.
The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. A seamless harmony of remarkable aesthetics and attentive service will undoubtedly make for an even more remarkable stay at this captivating hotel.

1.The service is very great no matter the basic needs and special request. The hotel prepared the special welcoming card for our wedding anniversary trip. When my husband hurt his ankle in one day the hotel provided the ice for him which made him much better.
2. The breakfast is in best value! It is a must if you stay in the hotel.
3. The room is very clean and warm in the winter. The bathroom is well equipped and shower gel, shampoo, washing hands gel etc is Nuex brand.
4. The location is superb and close to the most of sightseeing points within the walking distance. also near to the metro and bus stations. The supermarkets are close to the hotel too.

I had a great stay!
The location was convenient for exploring the Latin Quarter, and it was also close to the subway station.
The hotel was very stylish, typical of Paris, and the room had a lovely, calming interior!
The front desk staff were also very friendly and provided a pleasant service.
I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Caring staff, delicious varied breakfast, there is a kettle in the room and at the reception, if you did not have time to have breakfast, you can take a croissant, cookies, tea in assortment for free. Good value for money for a hotel in this area: you can walk to Notre Dame, Pantheon. There are 2 metro stations nearby. The only thing that can reduce the impression is a not very modern bathroom, but for us it was not important, the main thing is good water pressure and cleanliness. September 2024

The hotel is not big, and the rooms are not big either. There are about 5 rooms on each floor. It is located in the Latin Quarter of the 5th district. The public security is very good. There are many universities nearby and it is also close to the Pantheon.
The front desk is very professional and the service attitude is very good. I especially praise Nicolas. They are very good at using WhatsApp to keep in touch with customers, so you can send them any needs at any time.
Maybe because it is an old-fashioned key, you need to hand the key to the front desk every time you go out. This hotel, which was our first stop in Paris, left us with a very good impression.

Good location, surrounded by good restaurants
The hotel is small. Average value for money,
Prices are unstable, can vary by 500-600 in a day
You can always check the price.
It is recommended to compare.
The hotel bathroom is relatively large. Newly renovated.
The room is very very small.
The whole lobby is also quite old.
I personally don't like it.
If the price is very cheap, it doesn't matter.

The hotel is as shown in the picture, the bed is a bit small, the room is a bit small, the toiletries are good, the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs. If you need help, the front desk will do your best to help you, but Europeans are very disciplined. There are friends who live there and want to put the luggage in the room in advance, but they don’t put it in for you, and they don’t need them to clean it, so just keep this room , I just won’t keep this room for you, I’m really speechless. This street is very easy to get in and out. There is a Vietnamese restaurant opposite, where the waiter can speak Chinese.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful, there is always someone at the front desk so if you have questions or an issue they are there and they speak English.
Only thing I will say is that I have stayed here before and they used to include breakfast…now you have to pay. A little pricey for not Including breakfast.
Super close to public transport, and you can walk to the busy park of Paris or to notre dame within 15-20 minutes.
Recommend.

Amazing
GGuest UserWe spent a very pleasant three days here. The landlord was very good. We communicated with us in advance about the check-in time and precautions. We checked in and out by ourselves. Thank you very much for your trust. This apartment is in a great location and is very convenient to go to various attractions in Paris. The apartment is small but warm, the combed bed is very soft and comfortable to sleep, no different from the normal bed. The facilities are very complete, with refrigerators, tableware and induction cookers, everything you need can be found here. If you have any questions, you can contact the landlord and the reply is very timely and prompt. In short, this is a room that is beyond expectations.

KKwanTwo outstanding elements related to this hotel:
1) Very good location - The hotel is just a 4-minute walk from a metro station. There are many eating establishments and fine bakeries nearby.
2) Clean and tidy - The room is small. But they kept it well.

GGuest UserThis is a lovely hotel, located at a 5 minute walk from the newly reopened Notre-Dame Cathedral (with no lines or crowds at 8 AM!). The Reception was warm and lovely, and I was invited to help myself to wine and pastries in the tiny salon a few steps from the front desk, as well as them including my breakfast for free. The room was sweet and intimate, going up the tiny elevator to the second étage. Very clean, with a small bathtub where I could soak my travel-weary bones. Beautiful windows looking down on Place St-Michel, yet I was not disturbed by street noise. In the morning I enjoyed a wonderful copious and fresh breakfast buffet: fruit, cheeses, salmon, eggs, fresh pastries, excellent service... They were happy to keep my baggage while I took a walk, after which I caught the Métro right next to the hotel leading directly to the Montparnasse train station. My highest praise to the staff at this delightful hotel--I will return avec plaisir!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is relatively small, and there is a restaurant street downstairs, which is very convenient. The sanitation is good, the facilities are okay, and the price is affordable. Worth the price. Say important things twice.

李李李圓園Located in the 5th District, University District, safe, not far from the Line 7/10 subway station, walking distance to the Temple of the Immortals and Notre Dame de Paris. There is a Chinese restaurant ”Chuanxiang Pavilion” on the same street, which tastes good.
Although the room is small, it is clean and quiet, with a complete set of hot water kettle/coffee/tea bags and free snacks. The continental breakfast is 8 euros per person and is simple without meat or fruit.

JJINLINGThe small and old double room in the room is less than 1 meter 5 and the friend squeezed for one night. It is really not recommended to live. The nearby holiday hotel is not good to enter but it is better to book a regular hotel, but the transportation is very convenient. Walking, you can go to Notre Dame
