I chose to stay at Le Bristol because of its exquisite breakfast. Yes the room is always elegant and well appointed, but the breakfast is truly excellent. The freshly baked croissant is a real delight.

The service was so rubbish. The front desk took a deposit of 1,000 euros, which was not refunded after more than a month. I only found out when I took the initiative to check the bill. Otherwise, it would have been gone. I called the hotel and was told to check it out soon. They gave me feedback, but after a week there was no reply by phone or email. I called again, and after ten minutes of describing the situation repeatedly, they asked me to write an email to report the problem. No one recorded the feedback from a week ago at all. So far, the money has not been refunded, which is outrageous!
