Lovely hotel and great location. Had a lovely time and would return!

The location is quite close to the Gare du Nord, and it only takes 5-6 minutes to walk with your luggage. The service provided by the black gentleman at the counter may not be full of experience, but his attitude is good and patient. I haven't encountered the "mean woman" counter staff mentioned in various comment areas. Being an old hotel, the elevator is small enough for one person and two suitcases to fill. The room I stayed in had two doors, and I had to have a good angle to get out of the room. You may feel hot indoors during the day due to the sun. The air conditioning is centrally controlled so not ideal. But I visited in April 2024. When I opened the window, natural air-conditioning entered the house. I stayed quite comfortable afterwards. I'm so grateful to have a bathtub to soak in.

Basically in line with the previous comments, the transportation is convenient. The area near the train station is complicated because of the large number of people, and there is a strong smell of urine. You can see people urinating next to the wall. It is difficult to understand the government's management style. The hotel is small and exquisite, relatively hygienic, and there are many places to eat nearby.

It is very close to Gare du Nord, at most three or four minutes walk. The standard room is not too small, with two beds. There is a TV, and you can watch CCTV-4 international channel. There is also a bathtub, it is very comfortable to soak before going to bed.
