Service was good staff very helpful, hotel building old but very clean. One thing I would advise future customers not to do is to request that the hotel calls for a taxi, the fare to the hotel from 'Gare Montparnasse' to the hotel was 23Eur, the fare back to 'Gare Montparnasse' from the hotel (charged by the taxi called by the hotel) was 45Eur! Then the driver tried to extract more money from me by claiming he had no change. Very disappointing end to an enjoyable stay!

For a few days was great, one step away from the metro station bercy, one station away from Gare de Lyon. De rooms are badly soundproofed. Otherwise everything was great.

The hotel is very well located, near one train station and near metro line 6. It is also near Cous Saint Emilion which is full of shops and good restaurants. Personnel is kind and I liked the breakfast.

The location is good and room is simple. The maintenance of the room may need to be improved thou.

Hotel is in a great location near train station. However, the room is not that great, room smells musty, very small and not clean. If anyone looking for a taxi from a hotel to train statin don’t ask a receptionist, they’ll charge you extra.

The hotel is older and the room is smaller than what is shown in the photos. However, a great advantage is that it is within 2 mins walking distance to the Accor Arena which is amazingly convenient for people who went for sport games and concerts.

Ideally situated near the Gare de Paris Bercy Station and the line 14 Metro Bercy stop and Flixbus station. Plenty of varied restaurants nearby. Good WiFi, quiet rooms, we were at the back 201. Breakfast has a range of food from continental to bacon and eggs, cheeses, meats, cereals, yoghurt and good coffee. Helpful staff. The rooms not in pristine condition but comfortable and clean bed, products in the bathroom. It is a nice area a short stroll to the Seine and the Bercy Village. Short metro ride to Chatelet.

Very expensive for a room that smelled musty, old and nothing like the photos on the website, it's time to update them because of this, the toilet with the toilet lid instead of white half was yellow, the shower door as soon as it closed, this three-star accommodation definitely has nothing

It was good in terms of cleaning but the rooms are very small and there is not even water to drink inside.

The location of the hotel is very nice. It is close to the metro and bus stop. You can reach anywhere you want in 30 minutes at most. The room temperature is nice, the bathroom size is ideal. The bed is comfortable. The staff is attentive. However, there were no slippers in the room, I think there should have been. Apart from that, the sockets are in such a difficult place that it shouldn't be so hard to install a socket next to the bed. There is nothing else I am not happy with.
