Very Good

Good location, near many eateries, lots of Asian food around. Located a safe district, relatively small pathways but safe. Walking distdance to major attractions. Nearby Carrefour just 1min away. Friendly receptionists. Very small lobby, can get crowded and squeezy at times. Free coffee and tea but machine is usually not refilled or cleaned, could be better. One big lift was down throughout the stay, leaving with only 1 very small lift to service the whole hotel. Security is not good, no need access card to use the lifts to access floors. Big and modern room. Clean and spacious for junior suite, but located at lower floors. Front lobby is a very small narrow road, not convenient for drop offs.

It's a recently built hotel and the price was quite good, so I booked it. I have a lot of luggage, so I get off the taxi and go to the hotel, but even though there are two staff, no one helps and just sits still. Trying to check in but feeling too inexperienced and too scrambling.
The room is not big and small. It's fine to use alone, but inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. The fitness center is in the basement, and there is also a swimming pool, but the gym is too small and too stuffy for more than two people to use. Breakfast is average continental. If the price is around 100,000 won per night, I would use it again, but if it is more than that, I will never use it again.
