Very good staff friendly

Good location. Check-in was fine. Breakfast is available but I didn't have it. The room was fine but smelt a little of smoke. There is only one plug socket which is quite high up so it's difficult to charge things if they have a short cable. Other than that, everything was fine and the hotel is pretty good value for central-ish Paris.

Horrible. We didn't sleep all night. Noisy neighbors with walls made of cigarette papers. The smell of tobacco from other rooms fills the room. It's fabulous for non-smokers. Bedding, catastrophic...in short, I'll stop there. Good luck to the bravest. Fortunately, the reception staff is friendly.

Well located hotel, the service is as expected, the bed was comfortable but it was a little cold in the bathroom, I recommend.

Pretty good location, well connected by metro. Dirty and poorly maintained room. No one expected a suite, but cleanliness and maintenance are criteria of decorum, not luxury. Unfortunately it is evident that there is no love and passion in what the staff does, as well as a lack of interest in the customer. Such a pity!

Hotel in a good location and quite functional if you only want it to sleep at a low price. It has larger rooms with views of the street and other smaller ones with views of an interior patio where you can see a house that was burned down some time ago. The hotel has a box spring bed with clothes (sheets, towels...) somewhat old but clean. The bathroom is very small but has its own shower. Also the room has a small hospital type TV and the place is quiet to sleep (no noise at night). In summary, if you are looking for something functional at a good price, the hotel is correct. Finally, do not forget that there is a tourist tax (a tax) that is charged when you leave. Which certainly strikes me as an inelegant gesture as it could be included in the price of the room, itemized on the bill.

Short stay with family for a concert in Bercy, the hotel is well located, surrounded by 4 stations less than a kilometer away. Unfortunately they are not welcoming, I found that disappointing on their part. Cleaning is done every day, towels etc. are provided.
