Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy Reviews

I recently stayed at the Paris Pullman Bercy and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is modern and stylish, with comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport. Overall, I highly recommend the Paris Pullman Bercy for a pleasant stay in the city!

Location was a bit far as traffic all the time but we saw a RAT in the hotel lobby which isn’t acceptable, for. 4 star hotel.

Still keeps high level but due to under construction,little smelly and breakfast is not as good as before Covid

Location is actually a bit far from the city center and the nearest metro is line 14 which closes at around 10pm due to the renovation so plan your trip carefully or else you'd have to find a bus to drop you off near the hotel. The hotel is around a 2-3 mins walk to Bercy Village. Quite clean and spacious for a room in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. Oh and by the way, some of a amenities are not provided in the room but if you ask the front desk staff, they would give it. Just a little mishap with the front desk staff during our stay, we didn't have the daily 2 bottles of water after checking in and when we called down to the front desk, they were "sure" that they put them in but there was nothing. :/ The photo of the fridge was the two drinks that we bought over from a Carrefour nearby. They said they would come up to check and never did... But I had some other amenities to get from them so eventually they came up and checked the fridge. No apologies from the staff for the misunderstanding and he just went out of the room to get two bottles of water for us. Quite a strange service attitude from them.

Good service and hotel, a bit old decoration

Overall the room was clean and tidy and the hotel staff members were very kind for anything. Although the location is a bit far from the center you still have access to the bus stops and the metro nearby. There is also a small shopping town in front of the hotel which was very convenient. Would like to recommend!

The staff and the housekeeper are so nice! Two tabletennis tables and a Foosball Table are ready for anyone to play with, which is awesome! The swimming pool is also wonderful and we had a relaxed 5-day stay in the hotel. Wish we could come again!
