Service and breakfast is ordinary

The room is about ten square meters and is quite normal. It is in District 13 and there is no problem with safety. It is just two blocks away from the Chinese district, where there are many Chinese food options. Overall it is quite good. Breakfast is on the 11th floor and there is not much.

The room has a very large balcony where you can drink coffee and enjoy the view. The room is not big but very comfortable. The bed is also very soft and it is very quiet. It is a bit far from the airport to the hotel, but the hotel is next to the subway and the transportation is very convenient.

At night, people kept swiping the door card to come in, which made it very scary. The room was priced, and the waiter didn't apologize. Instead, he asked me for all kinds of information like a prisoner. The experience was extremely bad!

The picture is totally different from the actual one, which took me a long time to look for. Later I found out that I don’t know where the hotel exterior pictures on Ctrip were taken from. The hotel is really average.

The location of the hotel is good, at the corner of the busy Italian Square, near the entrance of the subway. Breakfast is not bad. The first night was arranged in a room at the corner at the end of the fifth floor. The room was small and stuffy. Previously stayed at this hotel in a more spacious and comfortable room on the same floor. After negotiating with the hotel, I changed to a larger room the next day, which was as comfortable as the previous room. However, the interior and exterior decoration of this floor does not seem to have been updated, it is rather dilapidated, and is not as good as the fifth floor.

The room facilities are average, the breakfast variety is limited, and it is close to the subway station. There is a problem with the front desk service. When I checked in, I paid a cash tax of 14 euros. The waiter didn't have a receipt for some reason, and I had to pay it when I checked out. Management It's just too confusing.

The location of Mercure is very good, the window of the room can see Linyin Avenue, and the bathroom has a bathtub 🛁 for soaking in the bath, which is quite a plus! The room partition design is good, I feel very comfortable!

三個人住，訂了帶沙發床的房型，床特別大，大床有2米多，沙發床也有1.8。酒店在意大利廣場附近，走過去幾分鐘，第二天出團很方便。前台帥哥也很好，下團後還回酒店住兩天，但其中一天沒有沙發床的房型了，他立馬幫我調整了，兩天都給我帶沙發床的房型不用換房間。酒店附近也很安全，旁邊很多餐廳，晚上十點凱旋門回來，都沒問題。
