Hotels in 19th arrondissement-Buttes-Chaumont,Paris

Cozy apart-hotel near La Villette park. Despite the fact that the 19th arrondissement of Paris is considered disadvantaged, the entire area adjacent to the park is calm and clean.
We booked a studio with a maximum area of 36 square meters. The room was on the last ninth floor - with the best views of the surrounding area.
The room has a kettle, capsule coffee machine, two-burner induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. Everything is in very good condition, and the dishes seem to have been partially new.
The disadvantage is that there are few shelves for all sorts of small things, but window sills can be used as shelves.
The bathroom and plumbing are in good condition, hygiene products are available (partly from the Fragonard brand).
The bed is moderately hard, the linen is clean, no insects were noticed. In general - an excellent apart-hotel for your money. The fact that on the outskirts of Paris was not a problem for us; in 30-40 minutes by metro we got to any desired place.

The apartment is very cosy for 4 adults. There is a nice kitchen with utensils sufficient for you to cook a simple meal. The location is very close to the subway which takes you to major attractions. The Bercy Village just next to the hotel is very vibrant with lots of restaurants and a small grocery store. They do not have cleaning service for stay of 8 days or less. You have to empty the dustbins and put the garbage to the garbage room yourself. The front desk is very accommodating and allow us to check out later than the usual time. There are drinks to purchase at the G/F which is convenient when the grocery shop is closed.
Good price and quality ratio for an apartment Hotel in the outer areas of Paris. The staff was friendly at Check In and Check Out, I hadn't had much interaction with staff due to our short 2 day stay.
The room was good and reasonably clean, I did notice some small dirty spots in the kitchen and bathroom but nothing too bad that I couldn't clean myself with a quick wipe. The kitchen did have more tools than I expected, bread knifes, pots for cooking and baking, salad bowls, and a colander. Everything was available for your own cooking.
The balcony was nice and had a view on a school playground, for silent travelers maybe not perfect, but they should find a camping, the children playing contributed to a good atmosphere of the area and made it a lively environment.
In the hotel street there is a great bakery, a night store and a few supermarkets to get everything you need for your own cooking.
Transport is good, with an Uber about 20/30 minutes from the City Center. About 7 minutes to walk to the closest metro, to most sightseeing spots the it's 45 minutes in total (including the walk).
Only downside was not all the channels worked that the Room Sheet said (Like CNN or other English Network). There was 1 English channel (CGTN, Chinese State Media Network in English), it does host a good mix of documentaries and news.
I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful.
The location of the hotel is convenient, close to public transportation. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
I booked the room with the view and the view i got! Loved it and enjoyed it a lot. Room has everything you need.
As for the location i think its good if you are on business trip, metro just 5min walking distance, however if you are traveling for the first time i think not the best location, because most of the touristy loc are not in this area. However great stay! Thanks
Actually, it’s the best hotel I’ve been stayed in Paris. Just it’s abit far from the center and it might took you 30 minutes to get on taxi to tour effiel or famous shopping mall. Around the area included with Starbucks and train station and small local market stores that you can buy drink and stuffs but you need to walk to the roundabout around 5-8 minutes. Overall, beside abit far from places to places, I really like this hotel a lot.
Paris Boulogne Adegio Apartments is in a good location. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the subway station. There is a bus (departure station) near the subway station to Versailles, which is very convenient.
The front desk staff of the hotel has a good service attitude, and there are books and board games at the front desk to borrow.
The room facilities are very good, the pots and pans are all complete, the sofa bed is tiled for you in advance, there is a balcony, the facilities are very new, and the price is really invincible.
The staff were very helpful, welcoming took their time to answer any questions me and my daughter had. Really safe area arrived after 23.00pm almost throught my stay transport buses n trains nearby. Warm rooms enough facilities. Will book to return soon. Loved it. Coffee machine in the room and fresh croissants from 2minutes walk bakers the best place to stay.
The hotel is very difficult to find, its hidden inside commercial buildings. Uber drivers, people live in the area didn't acknowledge there is a hotel.
Room is clean, the kitchen is nice and well equipped. Perfect for 2 people, couple or family. Staff are helpful and efficient.
Nice location, very friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast is also nice, an open kitchen way of preparing your breakfast. Recommended for a next time.
