I am disappointed 🤬🤬🤬🤬

The place needs general cleaning. When we got to the room, it was infested with cockroaches. The bed was dusty and wet from a leaking ceiling. We had to buy bug spray(thankfully there was a convenience store nearby) before we can use the place. Even after spraying, more bugs kept crawling out. Had to cover the wet bed just so wecan use it. Had to sweep the floor as well because it was eztremely dirty it even had a ketchup packet on the floor probably from previous guest. The fridge was not closed properly causing some flooding inside. Had to do the cleaning oursrlves because attendant was busy with a walk-in customer. Btw, despite having the place booked prior, attendant prioritized providing parking space to the walk-im custlmer who wasn't paid yet. The only consolation was the discount we got from trip.com. However, despite the subpar experience, we weren't mad. We were still able to sleept well. Hope they will clean thoroughly to rid the place of the cockraches.

Next time be responsible for your guest..but a right room number written to your confirmation..

No wifi connection They didn't inform us that the room will be on the 5th floor, we have baggage that needs to be brought up to the 5th floor. We only got 1 spoon in the unit knowing there's 2 people who's checking in Room smells like cigarette Bad service Broken bathroom door No toilettries or anything like that

Wala lang toiletries at medyo madusty ang room pero good naman sa host kasi he's understandable although customer medyo late nag payment due to valid reason.

All the staff and the management are very much approachable Pet friendly the security guards are very keen observant the prices are very much affordable the locations are very accessible to everyone's need like markets shops bank convenience store atm machines pharmacy. I am very secured and safe. the place has harmoniously ambiance. Its feel like home. There is proper area for garbage to. Make the souroundings clean. Good for family travel, business, individual travel to stay.
