Location is very accessible and very near PaRqal mall. Very accommodating staff. Very clean too. Thank you Hop Inn for accommodating my senior citizen relatives ❤️

Hotel rate is overpriced for the lack of basic amenities. Internet rarely worked, elevators need better maintenance and rooms need to be cleaned better (lots of ants on the table near the kettle and hair on the floor near one side of the bed). Red chair provided is NOT comfortable to sit on for long periods of working. (I find myself needing to get a massage now to sort out my sore back). Staff generally nice.

The price is cheap, the rooms are clean, and the location is good.
They don't have toothbrushes, but it's cheap so I'm happy with it.
The bad thing is that the Wi-Fi is slow and doesn't connect often from late at night to early in the morning when people are in the hotel. Also, the towels are a little black and I feel like they haven't been used for a long time.
It's a 20-30 minute taxi ride to the airport, about 300 PHP.
Starbucks is a 3 minute walk away.
A large shopping center is a 5 minute walk away.
