Hotel in a quiet lane with nice coffee shops around and a good gym. Pool was out of service and room decors could do with an upgrade. Bathroom size was very good

Wasn't as clean as it could be. The staff was okay very lacking. Breakfast was boring, and monotonous ended up just getting breakfast at the malls. Valet basically non existent, annoying taxi service at entrance, really annoyed that there barely were any floor staff especially upon check in. Will stay again because of location and price.

Good hotel overall and great location in Panama. Safe area and easy access to sightseeing spots. Only issue is I was told I would get upgraded due to my Marriott Gold Status but at check-in I did not receive an upgrade. I was told it was fully booked, however, I know that wasn’t the case.

The attitude of the front desk and the concierge service is very good. The water in the shower is very small and the water pressure is insufficient. On the day I left, a very unpleasant incident happened. I am 100% sure that my passport was placed on the sink, but I suddenly found it No, I thought I was screwed, but finally found it under the mattress! Who's insane to put a passport under a mattress? It's not clear that I want them to help find it, and give a tip if I find it? I advise everyone to be optimistic about your passport, and don't give them any chance to hide your passport!

The location is excellent, the place is large, the room is large, the room has a first-class view, the buffet breakfast is rich, the waiter's attitude is first-class, the restaurant in the hotel allows you to enjoy different types of shows, and the price is affordable. It is definitely worth recommending.

good, very good! It’s awesome. The breakfast was good, the service was good, and the pillows were comfortable. The only downside is that there are no windows in the room, so you have to turn off the air conditioner or you may catch a cold when you sleep.

The location is okay close to the old town, however our room unfortunately faces a disco which operates until 3am which makes sleeping kind of difficult.
Our room was a bit humid as it is hard to control the AC

GGuest UserInternet didn't work much, sometime is on but most of the time off. TV was large but picture was not center so could not read far right and control does not work all the time, we had trouble turning on and off, had to tried push buttons many time before finally worked. Hotel should provide couple of wash towels and glass drinking cups instead style form cups. it is not important but would have been nice to have lotion. Love the flooring because it is not carpet like most of hotel, feels much more clean. bed were comfortable. breakfast buffet was good.

RRashidabyMy stay was okay, good location close to amazing restaurants and the multi plaza mall. Breakfast and bar was okay with friendly staff. However the flaws were the room was freezing cold; tried to adjust but remained cold. Turned off the ac for the entire trip but was never hot. Room needs more amenities; offered only coffee we had to ask for tea, no bathrobes or slippers. Also house keeping cleaned rooms at 4 and later when guests are returning from a long day and need to enter. Not a bad hotel but needs to fix those issues.

JJackieXThe hotel is relatively old. On the first night, there were three power outages, two in the room and one on the floor waiting for the elevator. It was quite scary.
The location is convenient, but there isn't much to visit downstairs. It's not far from the best mall and the old town (by car). The indoor swimming pool is not big, the water quality is OK and the temperature is comfortable. The fitness room is a bit small. The room was quite big and the breakfast was lackluster. There are many five-star hotels in Panama City that are actually not expensive. In addition, the hotels in the old town are more stylish. If I hadn’t gone with the group, I wouldn’t have chosen it.
Bottled water in the room is only provided on the first day of stay, and will not be given again no matter how long the stay is. After confirming this rule with the front desk, I just thought it was weird.

AAnonymous UserExcellent stay at The Crowne. This hotel exceeded our expectation. The room was very cosy and extremely clean.
The buffet was delicious with a reazonable price. We could enjoy the swimming pool and it was relaxing. The souvenirs were very nice and affordable. The staff was professional, and we had an excellent and warm welcome. Everything was perfect! Nothing to worry about! I higly recommend The Crowne Hotel Airport. There is also a free shuttle to and from the hotel! I will for sure book the Corwne again. It was my second time there.

SSammyJamService: The customer service was very good! All the individuals were very warm and courteous, especially the staff at the kitchen in the mornings.
Breakfast : The breakfast was very good. There were many items to choose from. They also tried to switch up the different food items/options daily.
Location: The hotel is a little distant from the Tocumen airport, maybe about 20-30 minutes drive. The hotel is right beside a KFC. There are a few restaurants and a bar nearby as well. Taxis are easy to get at the hotel. Depending on your destination, fare is from 5USD up. Casco Viejo is about 15 minutes away.
Amenities: I didn’t really love the amenities. They were no toothbrush/toothpaste provided and other common things that I expected as it relates to amenities.
Birthday: It was my spouse’s birthday and we went out and came back and saw that the hotel left a delicious slice of cake, fruits and a letter on our table for my spouse. THANK YOU!!!!😊😊😊😊😊
The hotel was clean. The lobby area is great for photos. The check in process was smooth. The pool has a bar and restaurant with reasonable prices!

Negative: The sheets seem to be losing their original white color even though they looked washed or clean. TV channels not very varied.

Very good varied breakfast, the only novelty was presented at the entrance because it did not reflect the reservation, I do not share the alternative solution by the establishment because they demanded a guarantee until the novelty was resolved, value that was refunded on the 3rd day.

PPieterBig disappointment. Booked it for the last 2 days of our holiday with intention to relax. They provided us with a room but we had to changed it after one night because they started to do some maintenance work on that floor. The second room had moist problems, a bad smell and a wet floor in the bathroom. People working there are very indifferent to their guests with some exception. Pool is nice but staff is very busy chatting with each other instead of looking after their guests. Way to overpriced. Much better options around with better pricing and service!
