I ordered a position while I was in Bali.. searching for hotels around Denpasar.. but this hotel kept popping up.. because I wasn't careful enough I checked in.. and it turned out this hotel was in Padang.. I asked for a refund but it was rejected. Contacting the hotel also didn't respond.. it's a bit sad...
