Palma de Mallorca Hotels with Airport pickup service

Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective.

It is a hotel converted from a private residence. In an alley in the city center, take a break from the noise. The service staff is very enthusiastic. There is a small roof, surrounded by houses, can't see the scenery, and of course I can't see the sea. The room is too small, the corridor is small, the elevator, lobby, and restaurant are small. There are few varieties of breakfast. The drying rack is very good, and the wet clothes are dried in an hour. The USB interface has 4 ports, 2 sockets, plus boiling water and 2 sockets for the computer can also be plugged in, and there are 4 sockets. There is a free spa, not going. In general, there is a large distance from the usual five-star standard.

This is a lovely hotel on the heart of Palma! What impressed my husband and I the most was the warm and charming service we received from Joaquim Vidal, each request for a service or a restaurant recommendation was met with sincere thoughtfulness and enthusiasm! We were so impressed…he does the job of three people, compared to some similar boutique, high end properties that we frequent. He is a true gem!

Very good location, beautiful views from the balcony from higher floors, to the historical center on foot About 15 minutes, to the beaches well connected by city bus, a variety of tasty breakfasts with regional products and I think that everyone will find something for themselves, well-soundproofed rooms with individual air conditioning, everyday cleaning, water free of charge and a free bar for a fee.It is true that in some places you can see a tooth of time, but it is not important unless you find a malcontent

The hotel is strategically located, a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle, not far from the bar corridor and commercial street, and not far from the seaside. The reception at the hotel's front desk is warm, the interior decoration is modern, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich.

Lovely boutique hotel with first class staff who were helpful and friendly. Reception staff organised at short notice a fabulous boat trip. So delighted housekeeping staff found my earrings which I accidentally left in bathroom area. Highly recommend location and overall high standard of guest experience.

Beautiful boutique hotel, very clean and well appointed. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Ideally locate in the old town. We stayed in a double deluxe room in order to be able to have the option of twin beds as it was a mother and daughter trip. Lovely Mollton Brown products in the bathroom, Illy coffee machine in the room and a kettle upon request so we could make tea. Minibar very well stocked. We enjoyed a nice glass of cava as a welcome drink. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful with the option of scrambled eggs. Would stay again if in Palma.

Perfect hotel, perfect service staff, from the first moment you walk into the hotel, you can feel the warm service of the hotel staff. The hotel is located in the center, walking distance to the attractions, all kinds of delicious and fun around, it is a quiet place. The room size is very good, the details of various designs are perfect, and the bedding is comfortable and clean. The attentive hotel staff also prepared me a surprise: a beautiful birthday cake. We had a perfect holiday here!

The hotel room was great, the staff impeccable, just the small problem that can surprise you is that we had a booking tax of €8 and a bit, except that on the site where we booked and paid for the room online, at no time did they warn us that there would be a tax (knowing that we only slept one night, the price of which is not exorbitant either) so be careful not to get ripped off, especially if you were going to stay for a long time, the taxes will surely increase...

A very dignified and beautiful hotel in the old town of Palma. Check in was quick and friendly. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The fairly high price is definitely justified given this location and amenities. The rooftop pool alone is more of a standing pool and not suitable for swimming.
