Price-wise the place is very reasonable. The pool was the perfect! The warmest that we were in during our visit to multiple pools throughout the weekend. When the place gets parked parking can be an issue but they will do their best to accommodate you. Lastly the most frustrating part of the stay was the key card door for our room which you had to stick in and out multiple times to get it to recognize the card which is really frustrating late at night when you really have to use the restroom and can’t get in the room immediately. The doors to the rooms should be as easy to get into as the door to the hotel itself. It did have everything we needed microwave, fridge, coffee pot, iron. It’s not most up to date location but it’s definitely work the price and proximity is great.

I recently stayed at a hotel and found it to be decent for the price. While there was nothing particularly outstanding about it, I felt that it met my expectations and was overall acceptable. The facilities and amenities were satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option without high expectations, this hotel could be a suitable choice.

Location was good. Service could have been better, there wasn’t anybody to help us checkout at front desk . Had to pass the keys to cleaning staff. Carpet in room was dirty. Heating system wasn’t working, staff arranged an adhoc electric heater. Toilet flush was not functioning properly. Hotel needs to maintain stuff regularly. Don’t carry heavy luggage bags as there are no elevators for level 2 rooms.

This place really is a hidden gem. Great location friendly service all for a decent price. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants and downtown.

Every room here is a suit with a full kitchen complete with stoves, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and dishes and utensils. Even the most basic room is very spacious. The room was very clean; meeting even my nitpicking companion’s approval. There are several swimming pool and multiple outdoor seating areas to unwind. There was a caution that the facility has no private bathroom, which is not true. Every room has a bathroom with a bathtub. We definitely will book this hotel again the next time we visit Palm Springs.

The air conditioner is very poor, the hot water is very slow, the sanitation is poor, and the facilities are poor.
