For its price, this place is worth it. If you’re watching a concert, this has to be the most affordable yet comfortable stay you’ll have.

Mainly for the exhibition, the hotel within walking distance to the exhibition hall didn't have the room type I wanted, so I booked this one. B&Bs can really give you a feel for the local people's lives, and eating and shopping are very convenient, and the prices are very cheap. But maybe there are many vendors downstairs, so there are a lot of cockroaches on the street at night. The room wasn't very clean but for the price it's not a big deal. The life functions are very good and worthy of praise. Food is cheap in nearby shops. Not to mention the roadside stalls.

Overall, everything is good. It's as advertised. However, the walkway is a bit scary. However, the room is very nice.

The room is very spacious, as advertised. There is a TV, refrigerator, microwave, plates, bowls, and spoons (but no hair dryer). It's good. It's close to Impact. From the accommodation in building C5, it takes only 5-10 minutes to walk to Impact. It's very close. But the walkway in the building is a bit scary. It's lonely. 55555 We were lucky to meet a friend who came to see the same concert. He also stayed here. We stayed in a room nearby, so we weren't too scared.

The room is as advertised. Very cheap. Went with a family of 3 and it was comfortable. The room was clean and the water pressure was strong. However, the building and the walkway to the room were a bit scary. But there were definitely no ghosts.

The first and main advantage of the place is the ideal location. We went to the J-hope concert at Impact Arena. It's a 5-minute walk to the arena. There are a lot of grocery stores, a lot of sports stores, outlets nearby. A great place for shopping. There are small shops with local food near the houses, the prices are low. The room itself had all the amenities, the missing hair dryer and towel were kindly brought to us upon request. Of the minuses, I can note the lack of hot water, it was barely warm. If you also came for a concert, then this is the ideal place. It takes about an hour to get to the city center. The nearest MRT station Muang Thong Thani is a 10-minute taxi ride away.

The room is convenient, easy to find food, the interior is a bit old, the air conditioner is slow to cool, overall it is excellent.

The place is near the concert venue. There are many convenience stores downstairs. Taxis are also easy to find. When entering or exiting, you have to wait a little bit for other people to enter or exit.

The room is clean and near the parking lot. But unfortunately, we booked 2 rooms and they were not on the same floor. I recommend it. If you book more than 2 rooms, please ask first.

I booked this for a friend. My friend said the room was okay and close to Muang Thong.
