The hotel is well placed, away from the hustle-bustle of the bazaar. It's calm and the rooms are maintained fairly well. The room that we got was quite spacious. The restaurant served very good food and the variety was also impressive. The staff were quick and responsive (though they expect a tip). My recommendation would be to ask for a room on the higher floors. We got a room on the ground floor and so there was no great view. Also, our room was adjacent to their kitchen and so we had to deal with lot of noise from the kitchen. The hotel helped us get union cabs for local sightseeing and you can hire pony right at the entrance of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Pahalgam, and during our visit, my son misplaced his Crocs sneakers. The amazing staff, especially Ms. Sania Raees, went above and beyond to locate and send them to us. We received the sneakers today, and I am deeply grateful for their promptness and care. Such thoughtful service truly makes the experience memorable. Thank you so much, Radisson Pahalgam, for your exceptional hospitality and for ensuring our belongings were returned safely. Property is bang at the main market. This is an advantage. The view from the hotel is awesome. All the staff are courteous and pamper you. This is core for any hospitality industry. The rooms are nice and have a great view. Different categories. I got an upgrade and it was simply great. Food was nice. I opted for breakfast and dinner. When it is cold, it is good to eat dinner in the restaurant. There is a high tea in the evening ***** with snacks and kashmir special. The ambience of the hi tea lounge is simply awesome. Overall a great experience and i strongly recommend this hotel. No hotel is perfect and you may have some teething issues. The key is that they are resolved. This hotel at one time was frequently visited by the bollywood biggies. It is an old hotel and some may find it different.

Jahangir cottage is an austere clean and hygienic place of stay with a touch of home. I travel-led solo and i felt completely at home owing to the efforts of dr jahangir the proprietor. He is well-read and provides excellent suggestions for travel whenever sought. This place stands true to its tagline - come as guests and leave as family. I would strongly recommend jahangir cottage to solo travellers and families alike.

Hotel Palestine is very good to stay.Rooms are. Very clean even the washroom is also very clean with hot water available.It is perfect hotel for family and even friends .I had came here in April 2024'with my hubby and my little son and I enjoyed a lot here.The staff of hotel Palestine is very good ,kind and helpful. The manager Mr Nisar is also very kind ,goodman.i love this hotel very much with the view of seeing snowing Mountain sitting right away in my room from window .The hotel with amazing food and good hospitality.I would love to visit soon again here inshallah in my next trip to Pahalgam and love to stay here.

We booked this place looking at all the reviews and excellent home environment stay and food. Irshad was very welcoming on the phone, when we booked the place and also when we were travelling on the day towards Pahalgam. The place itself is approx 2.5 kms from the main market and the walk to and fro is quite charming. But if you have senior citizens or children it can get tiring for them if you do not have a vehicle with you. The place doesn't have a direct mountain view but some rooms will give you a partial view. We had booked a family room and it was exactly the way it is shown in the pics. It was just our misfortune that it rained heavily in the evenings for both the days that we were in Pahalgam. To add to this we landed on the eve of Id, so all the staff was on leave and Irshad was the lone person attending to our needs. So never got to taste any lunch or dinner. The breakfast though came both the days. For food/tea in the evening we had to depend on a Dhaba just nearby. While there were enough blankets provided by Irshad, the room was very cold through out the stay. There was unfortunately no provision for electric heater or electric blanket . Perhaps we should have asked these questions before booking. So overall an average stay. However this has got nothing to do with Irshad's abilities. He is a fine young *** trying to manage the show with limited manpower in those 2 days.
